Nice little apartment. Kitchen well equipped for what we needed. Nice balcony. Check in was easy. Extra charge if you wanted cleaning (we were there 4 nights and no cleaning included). Swimming pool was amazing, gym well equipped but did get busy (it was small for the number of apartments in the building) Good value overall.

What a lovely boutique experience! All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. They assisted with booking cooking classes and laundry service. One of the employees even bought Khao Ka Mu for me from her favorite place. The room is traditional yet comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was a highlight for me. The breakfast was bountiful and cooked to order. The Night Bazaar was about an 8-10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for a unique and personal hotel experience.

The highlight of this hotel is the location which is just in front the night market and very easy to get around to find food and massage. The lobby is well decorated but nothing much on the room. The pool is quite deep 2.6m so not so friendly for family. But on breakfast they had very good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay with family.

Love this concept. The place is very clean and modern. Rooms are small, but not THAT small, perfect for solo travellers. They also have rooms with double beds, but I haven't seen them so I dunno if they are okay for couples. The bathroom is also clean. You can use the washing machines for 40baht (full cycle of 1h) and the drier for 10baht every 10 minutes, but it's very powerful. The location is great, by the night bazar, byt be aware that if there is a big match in the muay thai ring downstairs, it will get noisy until midnight. The people working there are helpful and kind.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. Very close to the ancient city, the room is very spacious. I really like the pillows and quilts here. They are soft and comfortable, and there is a kettle for hot water. The service is very good. The room does not provide hangers. The waiter specially provided them. Recommended by a friend, very good, and the price is good. Hotels with such conditions near the ancient city are very expensive.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We booked the Loft suite 2 bed room, which was very spacious. We booked this hotel because of the nice bed ratings and we slept very well on the comfy bed. The airco had a harder time getting the entire room cooler after being off during the day. The layout was a bit weird for us. Downstairs was the king bed, but no tv and upstairs were 2 single beds with a tv. We slept in the king bed and our son slept upstairs in a single bed, which means we couldn't watch tv in the evening. A couch would also have been nice as the chairs weren't very comfy to sit on. Breakfast was made to order and we could choose from continental or asian options. We liked the food and our stay in general.

location is good near Giza. will recommend to friends and stay here when coming back to tokyo.

First time in Chiang Mai and chose to stay at this hotel due to the good reviews. The rooms are big and spacious, with a huge bathroom and complimentary bottles of water every day. Far away from the main area so quiet, but did mean that we had to take a Grab for most of the places we want to go as it’s about a 15 min walk just to the start of the old town through a residential area with not much else going on. Great Khao Soi restaurant 10 mins away from the hotel though with a Big C supermarket next door.

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !
