Very nice hotel located in the centre of Chiang Mai. Very close to night market. A free gift from the hotel is given to all rooms upon arrival. The staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast area.

The environment is spacious and comfortable, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is worth recommending to other tourists

Hotel location easy close to one nimman and favourrit place in nimman staff also kind and helpful explain and advice interesting place but i not give five due to air condition smell not fresh it some kind of humidity smell not fresh if hotel improve it will perfect all

Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights. On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge. Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks. Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider. Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am. The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302. Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use. Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping. Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained! All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!

we were so lucky to get a great deal for this accomidation, so we were able to afford it 🤗🫶 - we absolutely enjoyed our stay! just the breakfast could offer bit more farang food and choice of coffee , but that‘s complaining on a high level (enough coffee places nearby;-) - we loved it there and the staff is super helpful - a big yes to this one! 🥰

Hotel was great. Good location. Elevated carpark to protect your cars from any flooding. Check in timing is semi-strict. Arrived at 11am and was told earliest they could do was 1pm as the hotel was full. They proactively offered to hold our baggage and gave advice on nearby attractions, spas etc. Came back slightly early at 12.30pm and was allowed to check in. Room was mostly clean with some mild dust here and there but no issues. Breakfast spread was good but it’s free seating and there aren’t any waiters to assign you seats so it’s slightly messy. You may need to wait for a seat as the restaurant got completely full at 9am.

The room is a bit different from the photo. No couch in my room. The hotel is a bit far from the main street but have lots of coffee shops nearby. The restroom is a bit old and unclean. I probably won’t book it again.

Always stay here I was visiting Chiang Mai. Good location and very convincing. However there is no glass wine provided after 10pm btw!

I should have stayed longer :) Good atmosphere. Delicious and beautiful breakfast,drinks. Very polite staff. The whole stay, starting from the welcoming was an amazing experience. I really loved the hotel and the neighbourhood. Will definitely come back if I visited Chiang Mai again.

This is a beautiful, artsy, and comfortable hotel in the center of Nimman in Chiang Mai. Close to street food, bars, restaurants, and shopping. We walked to most our town destinations and had great Thai and Western food and drinks. The staff helped us call a cab since we couldn’t get one on Grab and we’re so welcoming- even gave us umbrellas to use.
