Hotel di Night Bazaar Area, Chiang Mai

Stayed here for 4 nights, to start with the negative breakfast was horrible. Every morning it was the same alternating things which is understandable, however EVERY SINGLE breakfast there was hair in the food!! The same long black hair!! Disgusting. Also cockroaches crawling around the un covered food. Other than that, location is prime right next to the night market and down the street from 7-11 and a shopping mall. Pool was nice to lounge around, except closes at 730 and no loud talking permitted throughout the building passed noon, no big deal just sticklers.

The highlight of this hotel is the location which is just in front the night market and very easy to get around to find food and massage. The lobby is well decorated but nothing much on the room. The pool is quite deep 2.6m so not so friendly for family. But on breakfast they had very good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay with family.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel and room  were very clean. The staff treated us like family. The free breakfast was very fresh and constantly refreshed. The location was great for walking to various parts of the old city. The pool and seating around the pool was a little small and crowded. There were a couple days where on and off, we smelled sewer gas. After notifying the front desk, we went out and upon our return the drain cover was removed and the room smelled better. A day or two later it returned. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would come back in the future.

lobby is nice and clean. note there are no lifts for this place so if that’s an issue then… it’s an issue for the price point, it’s indeed value for money. walking distance to tha pae gate, lots of shops and massage places around no kettle in room but there is a hot water dispenser on ground floor to fill. mind the steps in the room too no complaints for the price paid. good for a one night stay

Good hotel for me. Kinda quiet near night praza Staff maid is so cute. Next time may be visit again.😄

Nice little apartment. Kitchen well equipped for what we needed. Nice balcony. Check in was easy. Extra charge if you wanted cleaning (we were there 4 nights and no cleaning included). Swimming pool was amazing, gym well equipped but did get busy (it was small for the number of apartments in the building) Good value overall.

Fantastic room view of the mountain, we enjoyed watching planes take off too. Room is spacious, clean, bright and shower pressure is good. There is a tub too and a plate of complimentary, tropical fruits. Breakfast selection is not wide but of good quality. One of the day, there was electrical work in the day time but hotel provided all day snack at lobby. It was lovely and honestly did not bother us. Location is convenient, within minutes walking distance to supermarket, morning and night markets and plenty of shops around. Service from every staff is excellent! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Excellent hotel with all the amenities you might need including safe, robe ,slippers, great view of the city. Breakfast is served until late. The location is pretty far from the east gate of the city (15min walk) other than that it was a pretty good stay

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room, giving us access to the Horizon Club on the 11th floor for drinks, breakfast, and supper before dinner. The service overall was great, but there were some issues. We were placed in a conjoined room, and on our last night, we were woken up by noisy guests who checked in late next door. I called the front desk to request that they move the guest to another room, but the staff member seemed unable to provide a solution. I had to take NyQuil to get back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 6 a.m. when the same guest slammed their door loudly. Additionally, we encountered another issue when a staff member entered the elevator with us, pressed the button to the basement, and laughed, forcing us to ride down unnecessarily. These incidents are unacceptable for a high-end hotel and significantly detracted from an otherwise good experience.
