Popular Chiang Mai 4-star Hotels

Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel for about 16 days. It's a big hotel close to Maya mall and upon our request to a higher floor room with great views were granted by the cute and efficient front office staff which made us to stay longer in this gorgeous town. Staff is really nice, efficient, the best here. Our room was in the 10th floor directly across the mountain view and Maya mall. Loved the view. Private balcony with sweeping views. Our room was really spacious, comfy bed and pillows with lovely comforter, big bathroom with ample hot water, shower and jacuzzi, toiletries are provided except for toothbrush, bathrobes and slippers provided. There's a security deposit box. Decent tv with cable channels. Free Wifi but the speed can be improved. There's a sofa bed which is really comfy too. There's a desk and a chair to work as well. Perfect space for people who work. Hotel seem to have two swimming pools but rooftop pool and bar is closed for renovations. There's a gym with decent equipments. Pool towels are provided. Sauna is adjacent to the gym. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Free water bottles, tea and coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and absolutely the best housekeeping staff. Had enough and more privacy while enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this perfect hotel to everyone who visits Chiang Mai.

I book this hotel for colleagues. They came to Thailand for traveling before Chinese New Year. They all love the hotel. Clean and nice. Breakfasts are good. Location also great nearby many attractions.

Despite being told that breakfast was included, we were abruptly stopped while getting food and informed otherwise. Throughout the rest of our stay, we felt closely monitored whenever we visited the coffee corner, which created a sense of unease. On a more positive note, the location was excellent, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory.

I really enjoyed to stay 2 nights in this hotel. Location is really good. I recommended this hotel as muslim traveller because providing Muslim friendly Menu. Good Luck!

Location is convenient as there are various eateries located near the hotel. Check in was also fast and seamless. Housekeeping was a bit slipshod. Dirty and used cutleries from room service was left uncleared for a few days despite there was housekeeping everyday along the corridors. Taps in the bathroom were old and worn out. On the second last day of our stay, both shower and washing basin tap came off.

The hotel staff are super polite,friendly and very helpful.My room was upgraded upon my arrival ,a lovely suprise.Breakfast is really good value for money.Rooms are beautifully serviced and fresh towels provided daily.I would recommend for solo female travellers as very secure and transport safe and easy to use to and from the hotel.All tours easily arranged by staff and they have a shuttle service to all night markets and food streets.Excellent all round. Would definitely recommend .

Bed room and bathroom was nice but has very very poor soundproof that I could hear every conversation of the family next door, as well as their snore at the middle of the night. However, reception was nice, quick and smooth check-in.

Very helpful and polite staff. Great tour packages. Firm beds. Great food. Good location. Lots of bars and restaurants. Currency exchange nearby. Market nearby. Only downside is the lingering sewage smell just outside the hotel but they do their best to mask it so it doesn't affect the experience on the inside. I would recommend.

The location is great and close to the Maya shopping mall. The room is cleaned but the soundproof is weak. There is a bar nearby the hotel. You can hear music til 2 AM. If you plan to stay as honeymoon or family with children, it is not a good choice hotel for you to stay. The reception and bellman are good and responsive.
