Ulasan Dum Hotel - Si Phum

I had a great stay at DUM Hotel in Chiang Mai! The hotel is very clean, and the room is big enough for two people. The bed was super comfortable, and there were enough things in the room for a good stay. If you need an iron, you can ask for one at the front desk. The best part of this hotel is the amazing breakfast! The food was so delicious, and I enjoyed it every day. There’s also a 24-hour snacks bar in the lobby where you can get unlimited snacks, fruits, coffee, and tea. It really made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Chiang Mai. It’s comfortable, clean, and has great food!

The hotel is clean, there is a big fridge at lobby with water, instant noodle, snack, milk where you can take and drink unlimited anytime. Coffee machine is also free to use. Morning breakfast don't have too many varieties but the food is delicious. Mongo sticky rice is especially worth to eat, and I have eaten 3 plates in a same morning. The hotel is run by a group of youngster and they do everything managing the hotel. The mookata shop beside the hotel is nice and cheap to eat. 4 of us spent 700plus baht for dinner there. The location of the hotel is however not very convenient, you need a car or grab to go to Nimman road or the old city street.

Travelling by myself, averagely is good. Satisfied with the level of service during the stay. Will stay with them again in near future.

This was a great hotel, immediately opposite the university. A little more expensive than some other places but very comfortable. I would book again and I recommended it to others.

Quiet location, across the street from a small night food market and a 7-11. Best to have transportation sorted for staying this location rather than rely on songtaws (red trucks).

Good experience in DUM . Good breakfast, room,pool and hospitality.

先説酒店最糟糕的：我們住的大床房在四樓，面對馬路和泳池，有個陽台，馬路上車來車往，從白天到整夜，摩託聲轟鳴車聲震耳，直接像睡在馬路上。隔音不好，每次摩託聲和車聲轟鳴都會讓心震顫。這個太糟糕了👎整夜都睡不好，去前台找服務生換房間，他把電腦給我看，春節期間滿房説換不了，並且用翻譯軟件告訴我：非常想幫助我，可惜因為滿房沒辦法。 給酒店每項都打了5分是因為除了房間在馬路邊這個最大的不好的問題以外其它都很好：酒店新，房間衞生間大乾淨整潔。早餐好吃，泳池美，服務好。可這些所有的優點也彌補不了房間在馬路邊噪音大客人休息不好的大問題。建議各位如果確實喜歡這家酒店一定要定馬路對面的小區的房間。並且還有一個問題，酒店在古城北門邊上，位置不算好，有些偏僻。出門都要打車。附近不熱鬧，吃東西逛街不方便。

優點：早餐還不錯，除了buffet每天還有不同得現做美食，第一天是雞蛋炒粿，第二天是湯粉。而且一樓有免費的飲料和小零食24小時開放。服務人員很熱情，總是帶着微笑。 缺點：房間很小，特別逼仄。住起來不是特別舒適哈。

酒店值得推薦，大概國內亞朵全季的意思，服務很好，早餐豐盛。退房那天grab包車臨時加價取消了，找前台很快幫我聯繫了一位司機，安全服務又好。唯一有一點瑕疵就是夜間下水道聲音聽很清楚，硬件問題，瑕不掩瑜。

設施：地理位置很好。就在馬路邊，對面是711。酒店提供早餐，和免費飲料。有游泳池，不過游泳池很小，就在門口。 衞生：衞生很乾凈，打掃房間可以掛牌，如果不掛牌，服務員不會進去房間，這點很好。 環境：房間大小還行，不大不小，乾淨，出門方便。 服務：這個就要點名贊一下，大家都很友好，特別是酒店的一個前台小哥，因為剛來的時候，同行朋友打的丟失了一個背包在車上，打司機的電話司機掛機不接電話，因為背包裏面有比較貴重的東西，比較急，嘗試救助了一下酒店的前台小哥，小哥很耐心的幫我們撥打的司機電話，報警，最後還幫忙交易出租車公司，幫我們發律師函，幫我們查監控，折騰了一個多小時，最終找回背包。很nice！！！ 免費飲料零食任選，不限量！！！
