Ulasan Moose Hotel Chiangmai

I like this hotel because it is very spacious n clean. The staff are friendly, especially CHART is always doing his best to serve his customers by suggesting some days trips, good food, night market and even telling me the best to get there. He make me feel like I am welcome to their country. The hotel is a bit out of the city, but it is very easily accessible to places by the grab cars.

Second time staying here, both times last minute. The place is clean and provides good amenities. Breakfast is also good and the staff really helpful. Love the size of the room and appreciate the good shower

Clean room with bunk beds for children to sleep in, snacks and milk are provided without limit. The hotel is located adjacent to a main road, making transportation convenient.

The first time in Chiangmai is so wonderful because this hotel. I staff is so kind when i have the questions they can help me and my friends i really happy to stay at this hotel. The room and facilities in room is so good.

Good service and good location just right beside the main highway, all the rooms are clean and serving incredible breakfast buffet..

Simply and tidy hotel. Cannot expect too much but is ok for short stay.

The double bed I stayed was the super large high great excellent bed u ever slept on in Thailand. If they could offer some room services would be greatly than online app foods delivery which took so much time to arrive or sometime the deliveryman wasn't able to come. This is the golden hour for hotel offers about food, most restaurants are close after 9 or 10pm , deliveryman busy, hotel it's only place we could hopes of foods could be available after 9pm . I would love to stay again when I back to Chiangmai lovely hotel

When i Checked in one staff man is so angry...what happen to u..breakfast is good, but location is bad there is nothing around hotel...u have to get a grab. There are some snack and fruits available all day at the 1st fl

Room is small with noises from the ceiling during the night. Bathroom with shower is not convenient for use. Breakfast is below average.

Close to shopping mall Room was clean Breakfast was nice Afternoon snacks served every day, and water, juice Had a problem with room electrics, fuse box tripped in 2 rooms, changed rooms in the night. Front Desk don't smile much and limited English, or shy to talk. Overall a good relaxing stay

I spent one night here with my family the hotel was cleaned the staff also nice and friendly the location is good. I would like to recommend this hotel.
