Hotel Hot Springs Chiang Mai

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

location is good near Giza. will recommend to friends and stay here when coming back to tokyo.

The 2-bedroom room is very suitable for friends to travel with children. I like the independent swimming pool on the first floor. You can swim and chat at any time. The location of the hotel is a little off, which is more suitable for self-driving travel. But the overall texture is very good, and the breakfast tastes good. The only drawback is that the hotel is a healing hotel that advocates nature, so there is no air conditioning in the restaurant. Chiang Mai, which is more than 40 degrees, is a bit hot. I will stay here next time.

Very close to main attractions, we generally love the breakfast and foods there. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is nice and big with a nice bath tub! Highly recommended!

Hotel location easy close to one nimman and favourrit place in nimman staff also kind and helpful explain and advice interesting place but i not give five due to air condition smell not fresh it some kind of humidity smell not fresh if hotel improve it will perfect all

Great location for exploring downtown / old town, right next to the entry of a temple Phaya Yakkharaj (Southern Pavillion) and many other sights. On sundays you‘ve a huge night market right in front of your door step, so make sure you’re going to stay over the weekend. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room amenities and the entire minibar incl. Snake is refilled daily free of charge. Furthermore there‘s a afternoon tea time with additional free snacks and drinks. Just the breakfast selection could be a bit wider. Especially when you have your breakfast close to closure (10:30am), you might be disappointed as not much will be refilled after 10am. The room are spacious and well equipped, my kids and I had 2303 & 2302. Just a proper hair drier is need, not this built in useless blowers we all know and hate to use. Also the provided pillows are ultra hard and high, so you may request for a extra soft feather pillow or neck support pillow if needed, which will be provided by the hotel staff / housekeeping. Hotel pool area is clean and well maintained! All over a great place to stay with reasonable pricing and great service!

Excellent hotel with all the amenities you might need including safe, robe ,slippers, great view of the city. Breakfast is served until late. The location is pretty far from the east gate of the city (15min walk) other than that it was a pretty good stay

Fantastic room view of the mountain, we enjoyed watching planes take off too. Room is spacious, clean, bright and shower pressure is good. There is a tub too and a plate of complimentary, tropical fruits. Breakfast selection is not wide but of good quality. One of the day, there was electrical work in the day time but hotel provided all day snack at lobby. It was lovely and honestly did not bother us. Location is convenient, within minutes walking distance to supermarket, morning and night markets and plenty of shops around. Service from every staff is excellent! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. The location of the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room, giving us access to the Horizon Club on the 11th floor for drinks, breakfast, and supper before dinner. The service overall was great, but there were some issues. We were placed in a conjoined room, and on our last night, we were woken up by noisy guests who checked in late next door. I called the front desk to request that they move the guest to another room, but the staff member seemed unable to provide a solution. I had to take NyQuil to get back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 6 a.m. when the same guest slammed their door loudly. Additionally, we encountered another issue when a staff member entered the elevator with us, pressed the button to the basement, and laughed, forcing us to ride down unnecessarily. These incidents are unacceptable for a high-end hotel and significantly detracted from an otherwise good experience.
