Hotel Hot Springs Chiang Mai

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

Amazing hotel, lovely room, breakfast was excellent, top quality service from all members of staff, the value for money was brilliant too.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. The 2-bedroom room is very suitable for friends to travel with children. I like the independent swimming pool on the first floor. You can swim and chat at any time. The location of the hotel is a little off, which is more suitable for self-driving travel. But the overall texture is very good, and the breakfast tastes good. The only drawback is that the hotel is a healing hotel that advocates nature, so there is no air conditioning in the restaurant. Chiang Mai, which is more than 40 degrees, is a bit hot. I will stay here next time.

It's tucked in between older buildings, may not be easy to spot it if u drive by. It's a short walk to the Old Town but do need to navigate amongst the traffic. Room and pool area was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb as we were able to try different food on the menu. They had a morning session where you can join them in giving alms to monks in the morning but we couldn't wake up in time.

I was attracted by the swimming pool on the picture of the resort, however it was a little bit disappointing in fact🙈 And the location was a little bit hard to get in too, unless you liked quiet environment for stay🤔 I think the biggest advantage of this resort was the rooms were big enough as you can see😂 But there was ONE thing I was very concerned about: the lock of the door🚪 I forgot to take the picture of it but it was only a normal door lock, no other security lock on it😅 It made me feel unsecured even we lock the door🔐 To sum up, I think I won’t come back again although the breakfast was good🫣

What a lovely boutique experience! All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. They assisted with booking cooking classes and laundry service. One of the employees even bought Khao Ka Mu for me from her favorite place. The room is traditional yet comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was a highlight for me. The breakfast was bountiful and cooked to order. The Night Bazaar was about an 8-10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for a unique and personal hotel experience.

Everything is fine for the trip except that was given ground floor room and it was raining and too close to pool for noise. Take note that for ground floor unit, to get to room, you will be unsheltered.

It's worth the price with the environment and decoration for what I am paying due to advance booking without cancellation. Pros: 1. Nice ancient decoration 2. Water temperature is hot enough for the shower tank 3. Spacious and acceptable cleanliness 4. Strategic location (within walking distance to most of the temples and have 7eleven nearby) Cons: 1. Doesn't equipped with small fridge (you can not keep your drinks chill if you plan to enjoy any drinks in the room, unless you buy some ice cubes) 2. The pillow is too soft which I personally prefer harder pillow. 3. The pressure of the shower head would be better if it can be stronger (P.S. I am staying at room located at ground floor). The breakfast variety is not alot but is enough for breakfast, which basically covering 2 main dish, 1 clear soup, yogurt, fruits and salad, cereals, fruit juice, coffee and tea, bread and pastry.

As far as location, this is in the best location in old city. Next to many restaurants, shopping, wat chedi luang temple, cafes, and massages. The property itself is super clean and the service is top notch. The only drawback is the pool is very very cold. It would be nice if there was a heated pool fin chiang mai just for winter months.
