Premier Inn Chester Central North

Excellent stay at the Premier Inn. Comfortable and clean room, warm and friendly staff and good breakfast. Small hotel and well located, just a 5 minute taxi ride from Chester town centre. Highly recommended, would stay again if visiting area.

The staff were excellent 10/10 Breakfast was excellent 10/10 The hotel is tired, rooms tatty. Bed uncomfortable. The worst was the build quality of the hotel, you could hear every step that people made. It sounded like someone was walking in your room. Therefore constantly awoken during the night by people just moving around.

Great Base for Chester! We have used this hotel everything time we visit Chester. It is well located both for the town and the Zoo, which is the main reason for our visit. The hotel provides a substantial, tasty breakfast, and there is a pub next door for evening meals. There is also a Morrisons opposite for other needs. There is always a friendly welcome at this hotel and we have never had a bad night here, and have occasionally stayed a few nights.

Very warm welcome from Diane on reception who provided us with all the local information as well as making it a special time for my mums 90th birthday. Breakfast had a great choice available for everyone. Overall very happy with our overnight stay we’ll definitely visit again thank you

I did write a review for premier inn, and had no response. I will put the review here. The staff I must say were Happy smiles the two nights we stayed and the breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff were very helpful and kept the tables cleared as soon as people had finished eating. The room was very tired, as was the reception area. Not inviting at all. The outside of the building had a grey and depressing look about it and really needed a good clean of the car park and area around the Inn. A disappointment as I always like to use premier Inns, in Bournemouth, Poole, bath, Manchester and bromsgrove (plus others) and had a good experience. A sorry stay to say the least.
