Had a great stay at The Seven. The decor is stunning and everything feels so luxe with nice little touches like White Company toiletries. The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and couldn't do more to make sure we were comfortable. I loved that our room had a thermostat so we could set our own temperature. My only (very minor) complaints were the pillows on the main bed were quite lumpy, the sofa bed wasn't comfortable and could do with a mattress topper and the TV wouldn't load any content for a good hour before we realised it needed updating, which was frustrating. It also would be nice to have decaf Nespresso pods available, but as I said, very minor.

Stayed for first time last night for my husband’s birthday we have stayed in few places in Chester and would put with favourite places to stay lovely modern apartments comfortable cozy room and beds with lovely rainfall shower. Perfect quiet location near race course and close to bars and restaurants a few parking spaces available but you will need to prebook if none available there is linenhall carpark which is £8 for 24 hours a couple of minutes walk . You get code for front door and code for your room so no worrying about key or card. We really enjoyed stay and would highly recommend will definitely be back in future donor hesitate to book

Such a lovely hotel. Decor is classy and high quality with super comfortable bed. We had room 3 which was spacious and very quiet, which was wonderful. Staff were very welcoming and made my 50th birthday special with balloons and TV signage. Will definitely stay again.

Can’t fault the place Natasha (Front of desk) was the best ! So helpful I must have been a nightmare as I dropped a bottle of red wine at the entrance But it was cleaned up immediately and I wasn’t made to feel as bad as I felt ! Looking forward to our next stay there !! Caroline

Just got back from 1 night away here with my husband and 10 month old son - the text system for check in worked really well and Natasha ensured we had our parking space outside and everything in the room for our son - including a travel cot. Accessibility wise we had a pram and struggled to get it up the steps into the property so used the back door incase people aren’t aware! The room itself is really nice standard, the bathroom too with really nice additions. Nepresso coffee machine, fridge, smart TV - make sure you log out of your apps as people were still signed in! Our only slight downside was the smart mirror which had a blue light on all night - perhaps there is a way to turn it off I’m not sure? The city centre is less than a 5 min walk away which was great for us, I would definitely return here!

Lovely rooms here, was a pleasant change from staying in a chain hotel in Chester. Service was great - texted me details before I arrived and checked in on me after I arrived. Comfy bed, nice big tv in the room, coffee and tea with fresh mil in the fridge was a nice touch. I stayed when it was snowing and -6 in Chester and my room was lovely and warm.. Power shower was great and location was central easy to get to.

Wonderful two night stay at the seven! Mentioned when booking online about coming for my wife's birthday, when we arrived Natasha was very welcoming and friendly, our room had been decorated with birthday balloons and banners which was really nice, wife was chuffed! Very quiet very clean, small fridge in room, tea and coffee replaced, we stayed in room 7 comfy bed and pillows, lovely bathroom. Just what we needed after a busy Christmas. We will be back !

Lovely boutique hotel, just a very short walk from the centre. We just stayed for the night but wish we had stayed longer! Natasha was great and really helpful, replying to emails promptly and professionally. We booked a king deluxe room and it was huge! Modern but the building is old so you get the big rooms and high ceilings. We had room 3 and had the sofa in a different area with another TV. The bed was really comfortable as well which we always seem to struggle with, but both had a great nights sleep. We will definitely return!!

Whilst I cannot fault the accommodation the one staff member that we dealt with was sadly very rude resulting in a somewhat tainted anniversary stop over. This was unfortunate as the room itself was exactly as depicted. Perhaps some lessons in hospitality would not go amiss.
