The Sichuan Normal University of Metro Line 7 is a 5-minute walk away. The location is very convenient. Although the road in front of the hotel is during construction, there is no noise at night (maybe due to the suspension of work during the Spring Festival). The opposite is the hot pot restaurant and tea garden. The lobby on the first floor of Atour is a bookshelf. If it is not a hurry, Must read a few hours in the lobby. The room is large and clean. I had a delightful stay at the Vienna Hotel (East Railway Station & Sichuan Normal University Branch). From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was very kind and accommodating. He upgraded my room and offered a late check-in facility, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast and a beautiful little gift upon arrival, making our stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, contributing to a wonderful experience overall.

The cleaning was not careful at all. One face towel was taken away and not replaced in time. The stains on the edge of the basin were not cleaned up. New slippers were put in but the old ones were not taken away, and they were not placed neatly. The quilt was arranged, but my clothes were randomly pressed under the pillow. The dirtiest wooden strips of the trash can were never wiped. I went in and out of the room countless times in the past two days without a card. The second card only appeared after I left at noon. I returned to the room at 5 pm. When I was about to close the door after entering the room, a card popped out from the place where the door connected to the wall and fell precisely at my feet. I kicked the door out in anger. When I remembered to take pictures, there was no shadow. It turns out that there are eyes in the corridor. In short, the beautiful filter of the all seasons is completely broken. I guess I will never choose this brand in the future.

I had a great experience staying at this apartment hotel while traveling through China! The room was in the 29th floor with a beautiful view at night - it was quite big, clean and had modern amenities like a washing machine with dryer function, big flat screen TV and smart toilet. The bed and couch were very comfortable and the room was equipped with an AC/ heater for the main room, as well as for the bathroom. The building was a little bit hard to find with Apple/ Google maps - it is located within walking distance to the metro station Dangdalu Road, Exit A ＞ when coming up the escalators look to your right and spot the round yellow street dividers ＞ go straight through them and see the building sign “ADDLOVE” on the left next to two escalators ＞ keep straight until you see the two big silver mirrored bowls, go left ＞ opposite of a restaurant with yellow sign and two human mascots is the entry of the hotel. The front desk lady picked me up and explained all the conditions via WeChat (@ZZH13541117356) and was very helpful for any questions or requests. Also the cleaning staff was very kind and sweet! Even though my Chinese language skills are at a beginners level, the communication can be via text or gestures without any issues :)

I stayed here twice for a night each as I was headed out of Chengdu via Chengdu east station. Both times the hotel helped to keep my luggage while I was away. The location is really convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The room may be small for two but it’s just right for one. There is a Family Mart convenience store nearby too so I always head there to get supper. Overall, very cost-effective, highly recommended.
