Front desk staff were great, they helped us make some calls, were helpful with suggestions, and accommodated some of our requests. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the tea and snacks were a great way to start the day. The location is located near some sights and the subway. I would stay here again if I'm in Chengdu! We happened to stay here during the marathon, which woke us up around 06:30. Thankfully, we had to get up early anyways, but take the time to check if there are any events going on at the time.

The front desk service is very good. There is hot tea at the entrance. The room is also good, clean and tidy. When it is busy, they can help with laundry. They are very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding environment is good, there are many places to eat, and the restaurant recommended by the front desk tastes very good. I will stay here next time. Avoid this hotel at all costs because you wouldn’t be able to sleep due to the noise from KTV. It is not the hotel fault but we have advised the management to temporarily shutdown until they manage to get the KTV from operating. The bass and screaming from KTV would prevent you from having any rest throughout the night. We feel sorry for the hotel owner, but we hope to warn the future travelers who is considering to stay in this hotel. Also, earbud or AirPods doesn’t help.

We had breakfast, which was very rich, with a lot of varieties and delicious taste. When we go out to play every day, when we pass by the front desk, the lady at the front desk will give us a few bottles of water to remind us to drink more water when playing. It is under Huazhu Club, very close to Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and the surrounding is also very quiet. The hotel consists of A-D areas, with different room types. Facilities: I like the laundry room the most. It is very friendly to guests staying consecutively, and laundry detergent and disinfectant are provided. Free Hygiene: New hotel, still quite clean. Environment: There is a yard in the middle of several areas, and an independent parking lot. Service: Breakfast time can be extended to 11 o'clock, with a rich variety and Chengdu local food. The service response at the front desk feels a bit procedural. They answered, but they were not enthusiastic, and there was no feeling of being at home. I hope it will be improved!
