Upon arrival, one is greeted by the utmost congeniality of the hotel's reception, who, in a most gracious display, elevated my accommodations to the hotel's zenith. The proximity to the metro station, a mere 6-8 minute jaunt, affords the discerning traveler ample access to the local culinary delights and retail emporiums, as well as the ubiquitous purveyors of multinational cuisine. The room itself is furnished in a decidedly modern aesthetic, lending an air of spaciousness that is most welcomed. The hotel's amenities, which include training apparatus and a captivating soccer table game, coupled with the provision of victuals and libations in the lobby, serve to enhance the overall sojourn. Moreover, the hotel's technological prowess, manifested in the form of a sophisticated projector, enables the guest to seamlessly navigate the internet and indulge in cinematic pursuits free of charge. However, it is with a tinge of disappointment that I must note the absence of a supplementary chair and a luggage rack within the room, which, if addressed, would undoubtedly elevate the experience to the realm of perfection. Furthermore, the slight unkempt state of the elevator does detract, albeit marginally, from the overall impression of the establishment. In summation, the Mcsrh Hotel in Chengdu, with its warm reception, convenient location, and well-appointed accommodations, is a most commendable choice for the discerning traveler, save for the aforementioned minor caveats, which I trust the esteemed management shall address with alacrity.

Rooms at the front building are nicer than the same building as reception. The meals offer as cultural trial with the room as a package are very nice. You can select what you want to try. I think some are even better than outside. Dessert are also included.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good, making people feel very comfortable😊. I am very grateful for the free room upgrade. The hotel is located 6-10 minutes walk from the subway station, 6-10 minutes from Wuhou Temple, and 10-15 minutes from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Technology. The geographical location is convenient (it will be more convenient after the road reconstruction is completed). There are delicious rabbit heads, Tan tofu pudding and Qiaojiao beef around the hotel. The overall cost performance is very high❤️❤️

Facilities: We specifically booked a room with a bathtub, but it was not an independent space, so only children could take a bath, but it was inconvenient for adults. The child was very naughty, and moved around and accidentally touched the shower head on his back, causing a large piece of skin to burp out. The front desk clerk carefully brought a Band-Aid and iodine cotton swab. I have to complain about the makeup mirror and shower head. The mirror was too high and I couldn't put on makeup at all (I don't know if it was because I was too short), and the shower head could not be adjusted, so I could only wash vertically like this. I don't know if I don't know how to use it, but I really couldn't adjust it. Haha, I held the shower head in one hand while taking a shower with the other.

Overall it's very good, the room is clean, it's close to Wuhou Temple, the transportation is very convenient, and it's close to many attractions. The front desk staff are also quite enthusiastic, two beauties. Fortunately, we booked early, as many rooms are very popular during the Spring Festival. Breakfast was average. Overall, we are quite satisfied with this hotel.

I slept well all night without any noise disturbing me. The hygiene is also very good, every corner is clean and tidy. 🍽️The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, fresh and delicious. The soy milk is freshly made and the bread is very sweet, which satisfies the taste buds of a little foodie like me. The service attitude is also super good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, making people feel very friendly. 🚗The geographical location is also very good, with convenient transportation around, and it is very close to Jinli and Wuhou Temple. It is very convenient to go shopping and sightseeing. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!👍

The room was clean and spacious. There are still many varieties of breakfast. It is close to Jinli and there are many places to eat around. The subway was being built nearby, so the hotel called in advance to inform them. I prepared my own earplugs, and the hotel also provided earplugs, but they were not as useful as the ones I brought myself. (The earplugs need to be rubbed into small pieces and inserted into the ear canal first, and then they can rebound to provide good sound insulation). Apart from the noise caused by the subway construction, it is still highly recommended. If you sleep well and are not sensitive to sound, it will be fine.

Non-smoking room: There is really no smell of cigarettes. In Chengdu, a place full of the smell of cigarettes, it is good to be completely smoke-free. but! Some people still smoke indoors, which is too backward. shortcoming: 2. Facilities: The gym only has treadmills and kettlebells, which is far from a so-called gym. 3. Breakfast: Wontons and noodles are freshly cooked, but other meals are too shabby. There is really no need to eat at the restaurant. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from. 4. Air conditioning: I don’t know why the room is so stuffy. Even when the air conditioning is turned on to 16 degrees, there is still only hot air. It is so hot that my partner and I can’t even cover ourselves with quilts. I think this is exaggerated. 5. Housekeeping staff: They did not take the initiative to replace disposable slippers and bathroom mats, nor did they replace used bath towels. Their attitude was too negative. 6. Unusual noises: Because the room was too hot, we slept with the windows open for six nights. However, there were unusual noises outside from time to time, similar to the sounds of light bulbs or electrical appliances, which affected our sleep a bit. 7. Equipment: The water dispenser is next to the front desk, but the plug will be unplugged at night. When you want to drink hot water, you have to wait for a while. The microwave oven is on the eighth floor, but the chef locks it after get off work. There is no way to heat up food in the middle of the night! ! ! I also think this is exaggerated. Isn’t this a basic facility provided by the hotel? 8. Indoor smoking: Although you live in a non-smoking room, there are still people on the same floor smoking in front of the elevator and there is also a smell of smoke in the elevator.

The room is spacious, with Xiaodu smart control, and it is super friendly like home. It is upgraded to a parent-child room, with snacks every day, which is considerate. It is very close to Wuhou Temple and Jinli, and the Gaoshengqiao subway station is a few hundred meters away, which has convenient transportation. I stayed there on a business trip in 2020, and the experience was even better when I stayed there again.
