Location nearby two many things  1) shopping mall which have everything you need, restaurants , cafe , clothing , supermarket . 2) walking distance to a street food which open late  Hotel decoration is very unique and beautiful, spacious too  Room size is excellent and I personally prefer the classic design which located on the upper floor . The shampoo and body wash smell amazing . Room and toilet is clean . Great work by the housekeeping  There is a garden in lobby floor which looks beautiful.

We booked 2 rooms ( non smoking ) , both were very spacious, clean and beautiful. So comfortable and very impressive! Service was also meticulous. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and will definitely book again if visiting Chengdu.

Service staff would follow up with us on our request and confirm whether we need to do housekeeping. When we used their washing machine and dryer, they helped to pack our dried clothes in clean paper bags while we went to sleep. Very spacious room for us to put our 4 luggage bags, opened for packing. Vicinity has pharmacy store, supermarket,breakfast shop, mini food street.

The location is very strategic. I was lost when i first arrived, but then there’s a person who came and picked me. He brought us to our hotel room and allowed us to check in earlier than stated time. The first room we got had an issue with the toilet, so they change the room for us for free. We are very happy and satisfied with the service. I will definitely book this hotel again👍🏻

First, I came to Chengdu for a trip and stayed in a hotel with my friends for one night. First of all, the room environment is OK The service attitude of the staff is also relatively good But there are some issues that need to be adjusted urgently 1. The door lock of the room cannot be closed whether it is turned left or right. This safety needs to be adjusted urgently 2. There was something wrong with the air conditioner. I adjusted it for about five minutes but it still couldn't be turned on. It was actually quite cold in the second half of the night. I was coughing and my throat was very sore when I got up in the morning. 3. When I first got into bed and covered myself with the quilt, I felt some itchiness on my thighs and back. I am not prone to allergies. As for the issue of disinfection of bed sheets and quilts, it is still under discussion. I am just asking a question for now. To sum up, if the rating is five stars, I will give three stars. The service attitude of the staff is very good. The points are deducted because of these problems. Hope the hotel will adopt the adjustment
