Location and quality of the hotel and room is top-notch. Bella's service was very professional and helped us complete the check-out procedures perfectly. It was a very very good experience for us. Will revisit Mumian next time for sure.

The hotel is conveniently located, a five-minute walk from the subway station. The room was very clean and so comfortable. Moisturizing balm is provided. You can soak in the hot springs at night. The water is clean and hot enough. The room was upgraded and the front desk staff had a good attitude.

The location is very strategic. I was lost when i first arrived, but then there’s a person who came and picked me. He brought us to our hotel room and allowed us to check in earlier than stated time. The first room we got had an issue with the toilet, so they change the room for us for free. We are very happy and satisfied with the service. I will definitely book this hotel again👍🏻
