Hotels in Tianfu New District/Cibo City area, Chengdu

Unfortunately, the hotel as right now is quite far from omotenashi concept it has. The hotel itself is newly built and has hands down great Japanese-style design of all public places. Rooms are also beautiful, despite very strange Japanese sockets instead of Chinese one ( the room has only 1 (!) local socket in bathroom). Why it was done - huge secret for me. Swimming pool is nice, but staff there cannot provide swimming caps smoothly, showers get easily clogged, though facilities are new. Reception process is also very hectic, especially on the check in stage - wait time for this number of people (very moderate at 23.00) was totally unacceptable for 5 star. The process itself was not smooth as well. Last points are the best and the worst parts of the hotel. The best is breakfast, which was very good both in terms of variety and quality of food. At the Nikko hotels level that I have stayed in Japan. Nothing bad to say about everything related to food. The worst part is location - as of May 2025 - it is simply construction site all around the hotel. It is hard to get to the hotel, hard to order taxi as it takes a lot of time to find a way to you. If you come via taxi, 3 out 4 times we were brought to the building next by and need to go through the underground parking to get to the hotel, as normal passage is blocked by construction. Just get across the street to the mall on the opposite side of the road is 1.5 km walking. So you are literally isolated from the rest of the city. I have booked this hotel due to May holidays peak prices and relative proximity to the area around Global trade center mall, but due to the road repairs it also have taken far more time than it should. All in all, may be if you want a hotel for a night to have a rest between you r long transfer flights and are not going into the city - it is ok option. Other than that - I would not recommend at this point of time.

I have traveled internationally for work my entire career. My wife and I recently had to attend an exhibition at the Chengdu exhibition center. We booked last minute at XIYU Hotel. We were both so impressed with this property, especially for the extremely reasonable price. The level of service at this hotel was amazing, their service was like having our own personal butler. The interior is 5 star International standard, marble showers, great linens, black our curtains etc. The hotel is located a short 5 min walk from the exhibition center with lots of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. If you are looking for a great hotel at a fantastic price with outstanding service conveniently located near the exhibition center, this is the place. We highly recommend this hotel and it’s amazing young staff.

The hotel is located in a new district about 30 kilometers away from Chengdu. It is a newly opened hotel. The hotel has a high-end design, complete facilities and equipment, spacious and bright rooms, equipped with drum washing machines, refrigerators, etc. The surrounding environment is very good and quiet. More importantly, all the staff are very enthusiastic and dedicated. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot. The breakfast is simple and exquisite, and the service is considerate. I look forward to opening lunch and dinner in the future, which will be even more perfect!

The hotel environment is pretty good, the room is quite big, the preparations are very complete, there is a smart toilet which I like very much, the waiters are super enthusiastic, the breakfast has a rich variety, and you can also order meals. It is very comfortable to stay.

The new store is clean and sanitary. In addition, it is far away from the city, so it is very quiet and comfortable. The beds at Atour are especially super comfortable. We encountered some minor problems on the first night. I didn't know what was vibrating in the middle of the night, and it lasted for a while and I didn't sleep well. The next day, I scanned the QR code to complain and they called us within a few minutes to solve the problem and upgraded our room type. Although the room type is not much different, the service attitude is in place, and it is still a satisfactory experience.

The bathtub in the room is the most unique I have ever seen. This is the first time I have seen a hotel with Kung Fu tea, although it can only make Tieguanyin. The free drinks are updated every day. The hotel's breakfast changes every day and tastes delicious, and there is also a coffee machine. The hotel has some small designs that need to be discovered by yourself. Overall, it was a very satisfying and comfortable business trip. The washing machine is free to use, but there are not many modes.

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. The server is very attentive. There is a shuttle bus during the Food and Drinks Fair. The snacks are also delicious. The surrounding environment is beautiful and pleasant. I like it very much.

The hotel I stayed at this time was so amazing! The location is good, the surrounding traffic is developed, the taxi is convenient, and the bus and subway stations are also very close. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable, and the decoration style is modern and simple without losing warmth. The room is large, the layout is reasonable, the window has a wide view, and you can enjoy the beautiful city view. The bedding is skin-friendly and breathable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the shower water pressure is stable. The hotel staff Lily has a great service attitude, enthusiasm and patience. The breakfast is rich and varied, as well as local specialties to meet the taste needs of different people. In short, this is a super satisfying stay, strong Amway for everyone!

The hotel is in the trial operation stage. The rooms are fully intelligent, with smart toilets, robots, laundry rooms, dryers, gyms, and free breakfast is currently provided. The facilities are complete, the service is good, and the TV definition is very high. It was very comfortable to stay here for a few days during the May Day holiday! There is a shopping mall next to it, and it is also convenient downstairs. There is nothing unsatisfactory! Come again next time on holiday!
