The hotel is near Longtan Temple. It will be more convenient after the subway to Longtan Temple is opened. It takes 13 yuan to take a taxi to the panda base and it will take you 15 minutes. The room is spacious and clean and cost-effective. It is worth recommending. There is a large shopping mall nearby. It is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. There are many choices for night market food in the evening💯👍

I recently stayed at a hotel with a unique blend of convenience and heartfelt service. If you're arriving by subway, be prepared for a bit of a walk along the side road, especially if you have big luggage. However, the location more than makes up for it as it's very close to the Panda Base, just a 5-minute bus ride away. The hotel even offers a free bus service to the Panda Base, which is a fantastic perk! One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful surprise service. The hotel sent a robot to our room, delivering a sweet selection of fruits. Families with children will also be thrilled to receive free panda toys, adding an extra touch of joy to the stay. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. A standout feature was Xiao Du, an AI room control system similar to Alexa. It was incredibly fun to interact with and added a modern, tech-savvy twist to our experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful touches and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Panda Base or looking for a memorable stay!

The second hotel I chose in Chengdu, the front desk was very welcoming, the room was very clean, the slippers and toothbrush were all complete, the towels were packed in separate bags, and the water temperature was suitable. Balizhuang subway station is just on the roadside, and transportation is very convenient. The only regret is that the hotel is in the sunken square, and taxis cannot stop at the door of the hotel, which is more troublesome on rainy days, so I think the price is a bit high.

There is no trace of dust on the ground, the bedding is as clean as new, and even the bathroom is sparkling clean without any odor. What surprised me the most was the soundproofing of the room. As a person who has extremely high requirements for sleeping environment, I know the importance of good sound insulation for the quality of rest. The hotel room did an excellent job in this regard. Even in the dead of night, the occasional sounds of vehicles or the movements of other guests outside were effectively isolated, allowing me to enjoy a whole night of tranquility. Free room upgrade, and a tent with IKEA furniture added for use in the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not effective, and there were water droplets on the walls after taking a shower. The shower floor tiles are not non-slip. There is some improvement after using non-slip mats, but the mats cannot be attached to the floor tiles. The store provides self-service laundry and drying services with new equipment. It is not far from the south gate of the Panda Base and can be reached by taking a small red car on the street for 10 yuan. There is breakfast and a convenience store downstairs on the left, which is convenient and affordable. The front desk staff had a good attitude and efficient communication. The interior of the elevator is dirty due to renovation in the building.
