I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wuhou and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would especially like to commend the front desk staff, particularly a lady named Amy from the Front Office Department. She was very professional, courteous, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out and added to the overall positive experience. The room had everything one would need. The size was perfect. I liked the beautiful details such as the decoration on the blanket. Everything looked very nice! My only issue was a bad smell from the bathroom. The hotel staff was very helpful! Since I cannot speak Chinese, we had to use a translator to communicate. Since I do not have a Chinese phone number, I communicated via WeChat about the airport pickup. This worked out perfectly well. I was very happy about how kind everyone was! Thank you!

This time I came to Chengdu on a business trip and chose to stay at Chengdu Wuhou West Zhigu Atour Hotel. The experience was great! The hotel is located outside the West Third Ring Road, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around it. It is close to the industrial park and the Science and Technology City, and is also close to the Wuhou New City Park. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Jituo Bridge Station of Metro Line 9/Line 17, so you can travel without worries. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. I didn't wake up for two nights of sleep. It is worthy of Atour's signature. The breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious. The hotel also has a super large bookstore, where you can relax when you are tired of shopping. I am really satisfied with it as a whole. I will choose it next time I come!

1) Location is good, next to hotel has some eateries, and one like grocery shop, got coffee and milk tea shop too. Easy to get Didi also. 2) Room is spacious and clean. I like their slippers! 3) Bfast is superb! So many varieties until don’t know what to start with. Both Chinese and western also available. 4) Like their laundry room has 3 washer and 3 dryers, with tv showing the availability of the machines.

This stay was very satisfying! The hotel is surrounded by trees and is located next to the road. It is very convenient to drive here. Free parking is available when you check in. The environment is also very beautiful. You can take a photo of the scenery. It is close to the company and I have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel environment and room hygiene are very good. The service of Zoey at the front desk is also very good and enthusiastic. Stayed here for 4 nights in a row. I originally planned to stay for 2 nights in Chunxi Road. My child adapted to the place and didn't want to move. The bathroom and the room were very spacious. The total area was 45 square meters, which was about the same size as a normal suite. It was enough for a family of three. The gym on the 11th floor was also very good with complete equipment and mineral water. The hotel was also very new. There was not much difference between the rooms on holidays and on weekdays. In short, the value for money was very high.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, food is gathered, and entertainment is convenient. The hotel environment is a bit depressing, with too many rooms and too long corridors. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good and worth staying.
