The room was very quiet and clean. The front desk lady was very welcoming. It was a very happy experience.

DoubleTree is a nice hotel with a clean and comfortable lobby and warm and pleasant rooms. The service staff is friendly and the front desk Lucas is responsive and efficient. Catering is a major feature, with both exquisite Western food and delicious Chinese food of high standard. The hotel's surroundings are pleasant and the transportation is very convenient. It's very comfortable to live here and I can recommend it to my friends.

這家酒店位置呢，是在成華區東郊區街對面，隔條街就是東郊記憶。旁邊有龍湖濱江天街、萬科天滙。地理位置非常方便，周邊用餐也各種各樣都有。我在這邊已經連續住了一段時間了，總體來説入住體驗還不錯。不論是房間格局、打掃房間阿姨服務態度以及早餐用餐都還非常不錯。很多同事都非常的親切友好，能夠及時有效的滿足我在此入住的要求。其中也遇到一有小插曲，但他們的值班經理以及更高的管理人員都能及時有效的和我溝通，解決我的問題以及做好後面的對應服務工作。我能夠感受到他們的真誠。與想把這家酒店經營好的態度。所以我也很願意在這裏繼續住下去。

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Binjiang and I have to give it a full score! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the whole experience was perfect ✨ The front desk guy, Xiao Sun, had a very friendly smile. I checked in quickly in 3 minutes and even upgraded the room type! The room is simple and high-end in design, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the city landmark. The night view is so beautiful that you don't want to sleep. The bedding is comparable to the cloud experience, and you can sleep until you wake up naturally. Breakfast actually has freshly cooked local specialty noodles + 20+ self-service options. It is an 8-minute walk from the subway station, and the surrounding food attractions are super convenient. When checking out, they also kindly asked about the stay experience. Such detailed services must be praised! Next time I come, I will definitely lock in this one!

It was my first time staying in this hotel. It was very convenient for eating and shopping. As soon as I got off the car, the concierge helped me with my luggage. When I arrived at the front desk, Lin Tao checked in and upgraded me to a room with a view for free. I stayed on the 32nd floor and the elevator took 20 seconds to get there. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable, which might be suitable for me. The hot water was available in 2 seconds. This was the best experience staying in a hotel. Next time I walk to Dongmen, this hotel should be my first choice.
