Lokasi hotel yang sangat baik: tidak di pusat kota yang bising, tetapi cukup dekat dengan semua tempat wisata penting.
Kamarnya kecil tetapi nyaman. Dengan insulasi suara yang baik dan tempat tidur yang nyaman. Saya juga ingin mencatat bahwa kamar tersebut memiliki sampo dan sabun mandi dengan aroma yang harum.
Sarapannya lezat. Sarapannya juga cocok untuk orang Eropa. Pilihan hidangannya tidak banyak berubah dari hari ke hari, tetapi semuanya selalu lezat dan segar. Kopinya sangat enak dan kuat.
Stafnya ramah. Proses check-in cepat.

Jauh dari Kuanzhai Alley dan tidak ada kereta bawah tanah di sekitarnya, sangat merepotkan untuk bermain atau makan. Kamar mandinya bocor dan minta front desk untuk memperbaikinya, tapi mereka tidak datang dan air mengalir ke seluruh lantai. Pelayanan front desk sangat buruk, sarapan berantakan dan tidak bisa dimakan, dan lantai lengket dan sudah beberapa lama tidak dibersihkan. Beberapa hotel telah dibuka di gedung perkantoran komersial, tetapi kualitasnya sangat buruk, orang dapat terjepit di dalam lift, sehingga sangat tidak aman. Saya telah beberapa kali menginap di hotel Ibis di dalam dan luar negeri, dan yang ini di Chengdu adalah yang terburuk, pendapat saya mencerminkan hal ini, dan perawatan purna jual tidak membuahkan hasil.

Had a very pleasant experience.
Hotel is facing a road cross section but the noise insulation is excellent.
Smart toilet here means a warmed seat, autumn l auto flushing but not bidet
Cleaning staff especially attentive to details and considerate.
Laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Nearest metro station is Luomashi L1.
Food outlets, mini marts, supermarkets, convenience stores are nearby, some 24 hours.

My friend was accidentally to stay at The third people hospital of Chengdu. So, at first I choose this place because its super near that hospital. This place so clean and the staffs are super friendly even during I stay there is a Chinese new year but the staffs available 24/7 to help. Highly recommended to booked this place

It was one of the best stays I’ve had. The breakfast was very delicious with plenty of variety. The free laundry service was a pleasant bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very quiet and relaxing stay.

Amazing hospitality, from check-in/out to room service. Special mention to the Mr. Yu and Mr. Zhang (managers) who ensured all our requests were met.
Good location, if riding car (10 mins to tourist attractions). For walking, closest amenities is about 10 mins.
Clean rooms and good breakfast with local specialties.
