Ulasan Kuanrong Suites Hotel (taiguli store, Chunxi Road, Chengdu)

The rooms ventilation were extremely bad, and the guests smoke in the rooms causing the strong smell flow into other rooms constantly, despite I explicitly asked for non smoking floor and room. Apparently, hotel reverted they cannot control other guests smoke in the room. If you cannot bear with smoke or traveling with young kids, not recommended to stay here. In general, their services are good, reacted fast to compliant and orders. The whole experience was fine until unpleasant feeling during check out, the reception pressured me to write a good review and spell out her name.

I had the most amazing experience staying at Kuanrong Suites Hotel (Taiguli Store, Chunxi Road, Chengdu)! This is, without a doubt, the best hotel service I’ve ever received in my lifetime. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I want to give a special mention to Xiao Wen and Xiao Yue. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and attentiveness stood out. On the day of our departure, they even helped us carry our luggage all the way to the car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the exceptional service that truly sets it apart. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Front desk staff was nice, agreeable to delay late checkout & helped to collect my parcels way before i arrived. 小月小文 helped w the checkout and assisted in everything you ask/need. definitely worth to stay in this hotel bf they provide 3 meals/day!

This is an amazing hotel. Great location, walking distance to city center and all popular restaurants. The closest Subway entry is only 200m away and it will take you to 90% of popular tourist spots. The staff was amazing too. Each of them are friendly. My dad left his wallet in room for a day trip. I messaged the front desk staff, they kept the wallet until we back from the day trip. The room was spacious, each room has bed room and a small lounge. The hotel has all the service that you could imagine, like free afternoon tea, free night drink, free laundry and etc. It was a extremely pleasant stay in this hotel. Thank you!

Pleasant stay at Kuan Rong hotel , rooms are clean , nightly goodnight soup at 9pm and staff’s services are extremely attentive , special shoutout to Xiao dai ( 小代） who guided us to local popular shopping streets ! However the hotel is a little far from TaiGooLi and IFS , bout 15 mins walk ( 3 streets to cross ). 酒店的服务很亲切用心，酒店房间很干净，清理阿姨人也非常好， 每天晚上九点都有晚安汤。特别要表扬小代，她为我们指路到一个很多当地人才会逛的地下商场。

We spent three nights here in a family room. The hotel is located very close to metro station, restaurants, shops and nightlife. The room was very clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. 100% recommendation!!

A very nice hotel. Our family likes it . The location very near to TaikooLi n train Dongmen Train station Line 2. Opposite the hotel very delicious restaurant v had 2 night in a row. With this price, really worth it . The restaurant breakfast changed daily n nice. Ms Chang do great Latte n Americano for us.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro stop on Line 2 (connected to People’s Park and the main train station). The area is very nice in the evening with all the lights illuminating the bridge. The staff was amazing. They helped us with all our needs, from a later tea in the night to an early breakfast and a packaged breakfast as we left very early in the night. Special mention to Xiao Wu and Xiao Xin! ☺️

Great hotel with excellent service. Room condition is great. Hotel is only few minute walk to shopping area. Special thanks to Xiaojun and Xiaoyue for personalized services. We really enjoyed.
