Good Memorable Stay at Chengdu,
Professional Services to Shangri - La's management team and special thanks to Miss Shandy
The hotel is conveniently located near the Jiuyan Bridge (九眼桥), offering a truly authentic and historic Chengdu experience. Staying beside such a meaningful landmark gave us a sense of China’s ancient charm and local culture.
I sincerely appreciate the management team, especially Ms. Shandy and her team, for being extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. They truly understand what guests need, and their attentiveness made me feel very welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
The management team also went above and beyond by sharing information on nearby attractions and recommending excellent local food spots. I truly appreciate their dedication and warm hospitality.

The location is very convenient. Great hotel. Food charged with 10% service charge and 5% tax tough which we don’t find in all other places including top restaurants

來成都玩，訂了香格里拉，考慮位置靠近太古裏，周邊可選的美食和商業圈較豐富。
雖然是老酒店但整潔乾淨，空間也不小，整體居住體驗很好。
游泳池温度恆温但我體感偏冷一點，不妨礙游泳運動。泳池水很乾凈清澈，最深2.4米，遊起來很開闊，新手需要注意安全。
以後還會推薦朋友來成都住香格里拉！

為了品牌與環境，預訂了香格里拉。但剛剛入住房間，首先進入衞生間想方便一下，不想被嚇了一跳：大理石地面散落着許多黑色長髮。洗手枱上的紙巾盒裡的紙巾有一大團是被掏出來過又亂七八糟地塞回去的。這是香格里拉嗎？我馬上打電話給管家服務，大約10分鐘後，來了一位女士，送來一盤水果和一個熊貓玩偶。也沒有説道歉也沒有動啊清理，衹是解釋説：可能是清潔工眼睛不好把頭髮當成大理石花紋了…持續了幾分鐘的解釋，就是不打算馬上清理，我們急着去行政酒廊，沒工夫消耗時間，最後是我掏出來紙巾盒裡的一團亂紙當著她的麪自己清理了頭髮。之後的整整一天，我總覺得房間不乾淨，任何地方先要睜大眼睛看清楚才敢使用。這是我們這一路所有五星酒店最差的體驗。游泳池很正規，但更衣室與游泳池要走一段經過健身房走廊的路程，游泳前必須先淋浴，然後去走那一路空調低温的路，渾身發抖。我丈夫為此第二天放棄了游泳。感覺最好的是行政酒廊，安靜寬敞，傍晚的酒水質量與服務都很好。

好像一直沒去打卡這間香格里拉，這次剛好要去辦事的地方在附近，就去住了。位置真的很好，濱江路上，旁邊就是蘭桂坊，走路去太古裏也不遠。大堂在二樓，咖啡廳在一樓。房間對着江景，可以看到安順廊橋。周邊餐飲購物都很方便，這次來不及去酒店餐廳用餐，下次有機會再去試試。

第一晚入住33層，剛進去半小時房間就傳出電線燒焦的味道，關鍵我們也沒插任何充電設備。酒店方很快給我們換了低樓層的房間。第二天升級了江景房，對於房間總體還是滿意的。前台有些服務員態度冷漠暴躁，即使面對客人或事情較多但作為服務行業也不能這樣吧～
