酒店的整體感覺非常好！價格實惠 ，前台服務熱情，房間裏都擺放着飲用水，衹是衞生間感覺差了一點，馬桶有點老化 ，總是掉鏈子 不過還好每次給前台反應都得到了及時處理，主要地理位置好，交通方便，房間還算簡潔乾淨，這個價位還是值得推薦。

特殊情況需在附近住5晚，對比了附近幾家，因為性價比選擇了這家，含早餐且免費升級了房型。
環境：房間整體佈局方正，裝修也很簡潔舒適，已經不靠臨街方向了，但是難以避免車流聲，關上窗會好一些。榻榻米還挺方便。
設施：拖鞋不是一次性的，門沒有貓眼和鎖鏈。吹風風力還可以，晚上吹頭髮沒問題。因為拖鞋、洗護用品自己帶了，所以沒怎麼用酒店的。
酒店的香味真的很濃🤣，房間空調循環模式開啟後好一點，早餐吃了兩天後就放棄了（菜不太好吃，每天就吃雞蛋和粥），不過這個價格沒什麼可挑的，還是很適合商旅短住兩天～

地理位置不錯，走路五分鐘左右可以到地鐵站。就是衞生間相對於其他地方沒那麼好。還有個喝茶的地方，挺好。缺點是早餐有點難吃，感覺挺多辣的，對於一個廣東人不太適應，不知道吃什麼好。衹挑了幾個包子吃😵💫

房間挺大，採光蠻好，衞生就一般，房間沒有一次性拖鞋，打掃阿姨工作車上放的有，不讓拿，説拿了她們會罰錢，那請問酒店買一次性拖鞋是幹嘛的？整棟樓有幾層是這個酒店的，和別的樓層的上班族共用電梯，很難等，早餐不建議吃，一個個都繃著臉，還不如出去吃碗麪條，那土豆絲切的真粗，炒的都是生的，唯一可以吃的就是水煮蛋……前台態度也一般，沒有任何笑臉，好處就是離撫琴夜市近

現在酒店越來越差，空調吹了兩個小時都沒有温度。房間需要一個枕頭等了兩個小時才拿來，而且衹是給了一個枕芯，現在酒店已經落魄到連一個枕套都沒有還是不想給客人給枕套，態度真的真的真的真的真的真的真的真的真的太差了，還説成都人好客我看衹會給外地人給臉色，我在這裏住了這麼多次，現在才看清凱賓的服務態度是多麼的差，以後大家還是考慮清楚再説吧，我是真的住了好幾次才體驗出來他們酒店的差，真的太差太差了

看到房間裏的榻榻米時候，驚呆了，真的是太棒了，要不是到店太晚，高低得坐那泡上幾壺茶，窗外是成都主路。房間整潔乾淨，早餐簡潔，都是常吃的，幾乎不用挑什麼。很好，性價比很高的酒店
