Overall I love it because of its location. Just right in front of the subway entrance. The service of the front desk is not too bad. They tried to help but I feel they could do more. They don’t really have any suggestions as to where you ought to visit if you are new here. Perhaps do your own homework before coming cause asking them for suggestions will probably yield nothing. The room and hotel is clean. Room rather small as compared to all my other hotels. But it is clean. That’s all that matters. The location is perfect to get around with the metro. But I ended up taking Didi for most rides. Regretted it because in the city of this size, there are just too much traffic and to go thru the number of traffic lights takes such a long time. If in a hurry, take the subway. If traveling with family, it is easier to just hop on a Didi. Food wise, I didn’t really eat around the hotel area. But there are convenient store right around the corner. Overall a good experience.

We arrived at 2am and could still check-in as reception is open 24/7. The cleanliness of the room was amazing during the entirety of the stay. Everyday, the housekeepers would come and empty the bins, refill water, and bring more toilet paper and cups. They also made the bed everyday and replaced the towels. They did a great job. The reception staff was also very nice, always greeting us and very nice when we complained about breakfast (as the restaurant is under renovation, there is no buffet, which we were not aware of and was a big let down for us). They offer a Chinese breakfast which was a bit complicated for us so we ended up buying things in the convenience stores nearby. As there are lots of renovations going on (not only the restaurant, but the second floor as well) there was some noise in the morning, but if you're an early bird, it shouldn't be a problem, just know that you might not be able to rest in the afternoon. The room was cosy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It has all the necessary amenities (kettle, cups, shower gel, shampoo, etc). The AC was working well and was really needed as it got hot, even at night. We also had a view on the tower at night. They offer a laundry service for free, which is really appreciated (just make sure to check it as some things were still quite humid when we got it back, and a sock was lost) and it's fast. The location is ideal, as the subway is right next to the hotel, the line is not busy so you always have space. Food might be an issue at night as everything closed early, but we managed. It's a good hotel for a good price if you come to Chengdu.

房間很好很好，非常好，前台特別好，服務態度很好謝謝！！！！地理位置超優越，出門就是地鐵站和公交站，主動提供幫洗服務，早餐種類挺多，鹼水面很好吃，下午茶有現磨咖啡搭配小餅乾，愜意又享受，前台服務也很好，入住體驗極佳，必須推薦！

五一假期出來遊玩，前台小哥服務熱情，主動幫忙提行李，還介紹了周邊美食！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適。位置超方便，步行到地鐵站不到一分鐘。幫洗服務效率高，衣服送回時還帶着清香。退房時送了超萌的熊貓鑰匙扣和扇子，五一這波福利太值了！ 酒店位置就在地鐵口，出行也很方便哦
