Ulasan Shang Jin Pin Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li Store)

Just wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful, good breakfast, good wifi and great location. Also great rooms, each with a slightly different theme; clearly a lot of thought and effort went into this place. Great stay, thank you!

It was a lovely staying from the very beginning till the last minutes. Room is clean and spacious for the designated capacity of 4 people (our group has 3 members). Staffs are very helpful and friendly; some of them can speak English but others also tried their best to assist, so language is never a problem when you’re there. Laundry and drying is free, all the things you need are well prepared with care such as washing powder, softener, hanger… On the last day, we had to leave before the scheduled breakfast time, so we asked if we could have it earlier but surpringly they offered a take-away meal, everything inside was good and essential. In addition to that, the hotel is located on a street filled with local food stalls and fruit merchants, we tried one each and so happy with what we got. Highly recommend!

Very attentive and friendly staff, renewed new rooms, good service. The room size is not very big but ok for 2-3 nights. Lively neighborhood.

very good location near the rivere where a lot of voffees and restaurants are located. The staff was very friendly, they gave me a bag of snacks at check in, then took me to the room after. The rooms are very nice, clean, no smell of cigarettes, nice picture on the wall. Good breakfast

Very comfortable and clean hotel with many nice touches - free goodie bag of treats and nightly noodles/ snacks in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located on a charming street with lots of restaurants and 15 min walk to metro. Modern, quiet and spacious room. We stayed in Chengdu before and this hotel was much better value for money. Good breakfast buffet with fresh coffee and homemade noodles. When we checked out they gave us a cute stuffed panda and key chain. We would return on our next trip to Chengdu! Thanks to Ms Qiu for her hospitality!

The service was great, very hospitable. The food was very good, buffet in the morning starting at 7:30am. The location was very central and I was able to access the rest of the city easily. Room was clean and when I arrived, there was a nice decoration on the bed and apples for me, a very nice touch.

Fantastic location and great value for the money. Staff are great, really happy and friendly. Will stay here whenever i visit Chengdu in the future.

感受超級棒！前台非常細緻的介紹，因為第二天早早出行，還會特意準備簡餐，客房部會很細緻貼心的小禮物和卡片，不會打擾但是覺得很認真的在關心我們的入住體驗。保潔人員有時候很晚了還在細緻安靜的維護公區衞生，洗衣房的阿姐特別細緻的幫忙洗好衣服了（當時送過去的時候都很晚了），我真的特別感謝她！還有餐廳的米線和豆漿都味道好好，真的很用心！家人都非常滿意，成都旅遊好感度up!然後説説酒店的衞生乾淨，一次性洗臉巾挺大，非常實用。上樓需要刷卡，送東西有🤖機器人，哈哈哈，可可愛愛，感覺更安全。牙膏吹風機都是品牌的，設備都運行正常。出門吃飯真是太方便了！晚上很安靜。附近有公交車，離地鐵有點距離吧，所以我們出行出租車比較多，出租車非常多，隨時能攔到，而且去哪裡都挺近的。下次再來成都應該還會選擇它✌

我在攜程海外版上無意中發現了這家評分高達4.9的酒店，抱着嘗試的心態住了一天，結果對乾淨程度和服務感到非常滿意，隨後又續住了5晚。前台的工作人員和酒店的員工都非常熱情專業，讓我倍感温暖，彷彿回到了家一樣。客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全，每個房間都有光纜連接到獨立的無線路由，還貼心地提供了水果,牛奶，眼罩和礦泉水。早餐和夜宵的選擇豐富多樣，令人驚喜。未來來成都時，這裏將是我的優先選擇。對於酒店的五星服務，我真的是無可挑剔，十分滿意！希望有一天能實現無煙酒店的願望。

房間很好，入住當天還提前問了是幾個人入住，有有小孩或者長者嗎，辦理入住的時候還送了小零食很貼心呀，房間的衞生也挺好的，下午還有送牛奶和眼罩，整體都很好，白天在外面玩，晚上回來住的也舒服，在成都的兩天過的很開心。前台的秋秋和小楊很好，還有酒店裡的其他員工也很熱情。

此次帶爸媽川西川北遊，住了新都橋的全季、康定的7天、九寨溝的如家，都比不上成都這家尚錦品。酒店從前台的小哥哥小姐姐（阿貴、樑娜、秋秋、小楊等等），到客房部的大姐，停車場的保安大叔，每一個工作人員都對我們關懷備至，關注我們睡得好不好，幫助我們拿行李，還給我們洗了車，知道我們要去川西還送了我們三瓶氧氣，讓出遊在外的我們真的有了回家的感覺。酒店的房間動線設計非常人性化，床墊和枕頭非常舒服，淋浴噴頭水也很大，洗護用品都很不錯還有一次性的洗臉巾，入住有小禮物和蘋果，每天晚上都會贈送牛奶和蒸汽眼罩，礦泉水免費不限量供應，早餐品種豐富味道很不錯（有幾天出發得很早吃不贏早餐酒店前台還準備了豐盛的路早），晚上9點到10點還有免費的夜宵，樓下就是小吃一條街，走路10分鐘就有地鐵。從川西自駕回成都續住的3天，前台的小姐姐還特意給我們升級了家庭房，贈送了中午的自助餐，給我們專門準備了慢回彈枕頭，老爸老媽讚不絕口，説從來沒住過這麼好的酒店。臨走還用積分換了護手霜，酒店還送了我一衹小熊貓，太開心了。真心希望尚錦品能在全國遍地開花，我一定要推薦身邊的親朋好友都去入住。
