Pengalaman yang luar biasa di sini, menurut saya hotel ini harusnya bintang 4,5
Lokasinya sangat bagus, kurang dari 5 menit ke IFS. Ramah tamah.
Staf yang sangat baik dan aktif membuat saya sangat senang, Xiao Wang dan timnya mengurus semua hal dan mudah menghubungi mereka dengan menggunakan WeChat.

Hotel ini baru dibangun pada tahun 2024. Kamarnya luas, pencahayaannya indah, dekorasinya cantik dengan nuansa vintage modern. Saat kami berangkat, seorang gadis berkacamata yang sangat ceria membantu kami membawa barang bawaan, dan dia sangat perhatian dan luar biasa.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.
The location is convenient, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the help from staff from the start till the end of the stay.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu next time.

Friendly staff, location is a short walk (approximately 5 mins walk) from all the shopping malls and also chunxi road station, ambience is nice and artistic with Victorian vintage vibe.

Great location, concierge team is very responsive and helpful. Breakfast is cute and tasty, complimentary daily afternoon tea is great to enjoy with the vintage atmosphere. No elevator, so not very suitable for travelers with a lot of luggage, but the concierge do help you carry them up the stairs if you did bring a lot.

This was a really pleasant and enjoyable stay with Golden Age. Check in was smooth, staff was very friendly, and overall it really gave a cozy vibe.
The staff was very prompt with their communication and were always on hand to provide assistance. There was breakfast and tea provided which was a really lovely touch.
Water pressure in the hotel was good and basic amenities were provided. They also had complimentary drinks and snacks which were refilled daily.
We delivered some items prior to our arrival and they stored it for us. They also helped us to forward our luggage to the next hotel.
Perhaps the only gripe I have which is a small issue is that the bedroom floor room felt a bit grimy but that was a small issue. They would have definitely cleaned it if I mentioned it but I felt bad to trouble them further.

Guixiang Hotel is such a beautiful place with a classic French vibe - super stylish and full of charm. The photos you can take here are amazing! The location is right next to the famous Chunxi Road.
Breakfast is a real treat too, with different sets every day, and they deliver it to your door each morning. The rooms are super clean, and the butler service is warm and welcoming. I’ve stayed here twice, and overall, it was a great experience. Definitely worth every penny.
