1）續房清潔衹把垃圾袋收拾就算完成，不會做地面和衞生間清潔；2）房間不配備面巾紙，特別強調了要抽紙，結果拿來的依然是廁紙；3）熱水器蓄水量僅支持單人使用十分鐘；4）房間花灑已壞。當時入住時因無明顯標識大太陽天在外面找了近30min!

寫的是1.8米的床，實際是1.5米的床，後來給換了一間房。新房間的花灑是壞的，漏水，希望能好好檢查一下吧，基礎設施要保障。宣傳寫的投影有會員，實際沒有會員。反正就是寫的和實際差距很大。

給我們開的房裡面有人，知道那種沖擊感嗎，有人入住還繼續開給別人，我們下午兩點退房，一點就有人使勁敲門，説了我們兩點退房，但一直要看我們訂單，你們酒店的系統真的有用嗎，有人住也不曉得，客人的退房時間也不曉得。
