The only flaw is that when I booked the room, it showed that I could delay check-out until 2 o'clock, but the room card was actually locked at 12:00. I was still swimming beautifully. I booked a room to watch Lang Lang's concert. The hotel is very close to Dong'an Lake Sports Center and it is convenient to eat around. The service of the waiters is very good. I stayed in two rooms for two nights. At first, I was worried about the noise. The waiter specially arranged it on the 15th floor. The room facilities are very new, the bedding is very comfortable, and the bath water is also very comfortable. Will also like to commend the uncle from the supplies dept for troubleshooting the HDMI connectivity from my laptop to the room TV. He left us a direct HDMI cable for direct connection to the TV when we found the wall HDMI socket to be not working. Will definitely come back to stay here again when there's another concert nearby!

I was here for Lars' concert in Chengdu Donganhu, and this hotel provided many services that exceeded my expectations! All of us received 银耳羹 that night after returning from the concert. This is truly heartwarming after I have been exhausted from spending my energy and emotions in the concert, and some more it's a rainy night. I reached the hotel earlier than my check-in time, but the staff let me check in early at around 9 am after the cleaning service was done. She is so nice and friendly =) And on my last day before leaving, the staff helped me to order a Didi car service as I don't have a China phone number. I asked for her Zhifubao QR code so that I could transfer her the fees, but she doesn't want it :') so nice of her. The hotel offers great facilities as well. The water heater, kettle, and hair dryer are all equipped. Cleanliness is 100%. The room is spacious. Pillow and blanket make it hard to get up in the morning. I love the interior design of the room, especially the sofa. Chengdu is a good place to visit. Thanks to all the kind and sweet souls here who offer me lots of help!
