I passed by this hotel on a business trip. The ratings were good and the price-performance ratio was high. I chose to stay at Tiantai Hotel. The clean and spacious rooms, complete facilities, and thoughtful service made me feel like I was at home, warm and comfortable. The hotel's hardware and software facilities were very good, and the faucets and shower heads were all equipped with good brands, which shows that the hotel's taste is very good! There are public baths inside the hotel, and you can take a free bath with your room card. Overall, it is a hotel worth recommending!

Environment: The hotel is near Puning Temple, about 10 minutes' drive from the Summer Resort. There is its own free parking lot in front of the hotel with a moderate number of parking spaces. Facilities: The room space is moderate and the curtains are fully automatic. Because it is adjacent to the road, it is a bit noisy when vehicles pass by outside. Hygiene: The cleaning aunt cleans relatively cleanly Service: The front desk staff has a warm service attitude. The air conditioner in the room needs to be turned on manually by the front desk, which is solved in a timely manner. I don’t know if the breakfast room is understaffed, but when I enter the door, the aunt reminds me that I need to put the finished dishes into the kitchen waste cart. If you want to eat poached eggs, you need to fry them yourself.

It was my first time to go to Chengde. My friend said that the environment of this hotel is very good👍The hotel is in an alley. At night, the courtyard of the hotel has a unique atmosphere (the night view is available on Ctrip). It makes people feel comfortable and in a good mood❤️The boss and the lady boss are very special Warm and easy-going, kind to others. Every staff member in the hotel is easy-going. The photo was taken casually when I checked out. I didn't specifically promote it. I just told my true feelings. If you want to go, you can call the person in the photo. The beauty is the boss lady😄

Went with my wife during the October 7 day holiday . Our normal go to place was the Phoenix hotel that was booked. Place was ok. I say a 3.5/5 Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets. The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be. The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot. Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat. No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it. Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

The happiest thing is our dog, who excitedly ran several laps in the yard. Outside the hotel is a commercial street with flowers and flowers, where you can eat, drink and have fun. It takes one or two minutes to walk slowly to the main entrance of the villa. After dinner, we took a walk to Erxianju Pedestrian Street and felt the long-lost fireworks in Beijing. It was a good trip. Next time, I will stay in the hotel for a few more days to have a good rest and relax.

I stayed in a family room, and it would be perfect if there was a small refrigerator. The sanitation is good, the hotel is very new, the equipment is relatively new, and the Internet is very fast. The service is very good, warm and comprehensive. The breakfast was a bit average and felt a bit plain. If there is no complimentary breakfast coupon, it is recommended to eat around.
