Hotel dekat Chengde East Railway Station, Chengde

I took my parents to Chengde to escape the summer heat and chose a relatively new hotel near the high-speed rail station. This hotel had just opened a few months ago. It only takes 7-8 minutes to walk from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. The service staff were very nice and enthusiastic. Seeing that my parents were older and arrived in the morning, they arranged an upgraded room. The air conditioning was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was free water, coffee, tea, and a refrigerator! The upgraded room has an automatic toilet, and each room has wireless mobile phone charging equipment, which is very technological and fashionable! The bedding is very comfortable, the pillows are soft and hard, and the breakfast is rich and varied, and they are all delicious! It's a very clean hotel!

The hotel is directly opposite the South Station. Although it is near the station, it is quite prosperous. The shopping malls and restaurants are very close. The room is very clean and the space is quite large. The toilet is smart. The fruit is also given. It is very fresh. Yes, there is a full-length mirror in the room, which is great. I will stay next time. The front desk is particularly welcoming, I wish business is booming hahaha

The room was large, the front desk upgraded the room type, both sides were windows, the disadvantage was that the house was very cold on the National Day. The bathroom is simple, breakfast is in a banquet hall on the second floor, breakfast is very general. Nothing to eat. 10 kilometers from the Mountain Resort, parking downstairs is convenient, behind the hotel is a small shopping mall. Supermarket supplies are convenient.

Very good accommodation experience, surrounded by green mountains, beautiful scenery, away from the hustle and bustle, quiet and comfortable! The room was clean and tidy. I walked here for tea and climbed Jiguan Mountain. The air on the top of the mountain was fresh and the weather was cool. The service was very warm, and we prepared a barbecue. The farm food was delicious and highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good. It can be reached by getting off the highway. The above-ground and underground parking lots are very convenient. There are many guests entering the hotel, but the waiters at the front desk work in an orderly manner and have a very good service attitude. The room is quite satisfactory. The staff at the Tourism Consulting Service Department are very professional and saved us a lot of money and time. The tour guide's service is very good. During the May Day holiday, I took my child on a trip. Since it was a temporary decision to go to Chengde, I booked a room on the evening of April 29. There were no parent-child rooms. I saw that there were two separate 1.35-meter single beds in the room and decided to put them together. The 2.7-meter bed was enough for a family of three (the child was about 1.4 meters). When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there were no children's products. I called the hotel front desk to ask for children's products and soon delivered special slippers, bath towels, toothbrushes, bath gel and a thin quilt for the child. They helped us put the two beds together into a huge big bed. Since there was a plan to put the bed together, I brought a small mattress and put it on the seam, which was really comfortable. The hotel gave us a bathing ticket in Rehe. My husband went there twice and said that if the room was really crowded, the bathing overnight was also an option. The hardware was good, but there were many details about the charges. The hotel also provided a heater, which made the room a lot more comfortable after 10 o'clock in the evening. People who check in later need to pay attention: the hotel does not have soap, the shower head has no rod, which means that in addition to the sun shower head, your handheld shower head can only be fixed at a height, there are no bathroom slippers but no bathroom anti-slip mat, so you can only go barefoot. Children need to pay half price for breakfast (more than 30 yuan per time). Try to get a room near the river for a better view!

Nice stay for 1 night in Chengde. Great service, free parking lots, friendly and helpful staff. Room, very clean, bright with a grand view to the river. Bathroom divided in tube/shower, toilet room and make-up space. Breakfast with a great choice of Chinese food. Just a few things related with international breakfast. The hotel is located not directly to many shops and restaurants. We took a taxi to the recommended restaurants and scenic places.

Not bad 👍 Reception, restaurant, room service 👍 The hardware and service are very good, I look forward to staying for a few more days next time. The weather in Chengde is so hot, it’s a bit disappointing to the summer resort 😜

We were looking for a nice place to relax, spend some family time together away from a city and we found it here. The rooms are nicely decorated. The Chinese food - in particular the cold noodles for lunch and the different barbeque offered for dinner was very tasty. The service was excellent and the staff was always concerned about our needs - they even provided some coffee and toast early, early in the morning long before breakfast, as we had to leave early. We hope to come back again.

We were warmly welcomed on checking in, and were pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary upgrade, followed by a room with a waterfront view. The travel desk offered private English-speaking tours to various locations; we took the tour to the famed Mountain Resort 避暑山庄. Hospitality provided by the reception desk was graciously warm. All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying over, even if it were just for 1 night.
