Barry's Bungalow is a newly renovated apartment and we’ve been hosting guests since March 2024. It’s conveniently located on Route 12 just south of Greene, 11 mi to Binghamton, 43 mi to Ithaca, and 65 mi to Cooperstown or Syracuse. Dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Unique features include exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space, bringing the outdoors in! This apartment is the other half of a small family owned barber shop. It has a large front porch and outdoor yard area. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a couch that folds out with a queen size memory foam mattress to comfortably sleep 4 guests. The thermostat in the kitchen controls a high efficiency central air and heating unit, you may change the temperature based on your preference to help you feel comfortable and right at home!
