Bad nights sleep. Bitten by bugs .... complained and night staff said we had brought the bugs and could not change rooms. Poor customer service No real person to complain to only an email address. Read the companies reviews on all sites this firm operate . Horrible service

Mostly clean, and well looked after hotel. Comfortable but could be quite noisy at times. Nice that they had a fridge and microwave in the room.

No en-suite toilet or shower.
There was a puddle in the corner of the room which I assume somebody had either spilt something or used as a toilet.
Intimidating men outside when we arrive.
