Ulasan Queens Hotel Cheltenham

This hotel is luxurious and on this our second stay was just as gd except for breakfast The location of the table meant my husband had difficulty getting to his chair each time due to a sideboard close to his chair. The staff were not v attentive and I had to look for a member of staff to clear the table of bowls and glasses folllowing our first course of yoghurt & granola. Our choice of cooked breakfast was served to the table but we had to help ourselves to toast. The cooked breakfast came to the table COLD. The bacon was tough as it must have be sitting either in a warmer or under a heater !! At no staff during breakfast did waiting staff ask if we needed anything further or if everything was ok !! On leaving the restaurant there were no staff to make a complaint to. We were in the breakfast room between 9 & 9.30 there were only a few other tables with guests in the breakfast room.

This is the view from their “deluxe city view room”. Those floodlights shone around the curtains all night. In the morning, cold showers only. Avoid.

Excellent hotel, very friendly help full staff, great food and central to everything Cheltenham has to offer.

Lots of spiders and webs everywhere. A big one on the window. Staffs very kind helped to open the window and put it outside, however the window seems can’t close properly, so that my kids are refused to get in the bathroom. Found some spiders after that as well, toilets are not too clean. I booked for 3 nights with very late check in around 8pm and wish for check out after 1 night of uncomfortable, we made the request at 8:30am the next morning. Travel agent helped to negotiate and finally they agreed to refund one night only. Also hotel do not want to refund unused 2 days of parking fee. Receptionist lady changed her attitude after we asked for refund of parking fee, terrible!! I do not recommend this hotel for stay to anyone but restaurant staffs and food are good.

Frist time visiting Cheltenham, lovely place! The hotel is very nice, great location, good food, will come again!

Lovely hotel received a complimentary upgrade to our room as it was my birthday. Shower drain blocked unfortunately which I did report.

Excellent value for a Suite. The room was very generously sized with a complimentary soft drinks mini bar. The bed was extremely comfortable and everywhere was immaculately clean. Very helpful staff. On site parking at a reasonable £17 for 24 hours with cctv. The inclusive breakfast was varied and tasty with high quality produce. This was our 5th stay and we shall definitely use the hotel again.

Staff came to my room immediately when I had problem in ordering food through room service. 👍

Such a lovely facade but the hotel was very disappointing . Rooms very dated. Staff lost our suitcases in the luggage room. We had the tokrn they gave us. No apology.

Location is good, beautiful building, room is nice, bed is comfortable! However, the meals were really so so. For such a price, I would expect of a higher quality in overall. We had dinner and breakfast there, the dinner was better, but breakfast not worth a try.

其實品質是在線的，雖然建築比較老了一點，但是看得出來是在用心維護的，用的東西備品也都實實在在。性價比不錯，推薦。

因為孩子參加附近學校的面試去住了一晚。酒店位置很好，有自己的停車場，這讓中午退房，下午才能接到孩子出發的我提供了很大的便捷。房間挺大的，酒店員工很友好。
