Hotel Madrid

Our stay was a study in contrasts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by the hotel's fabulous decor—a seamless blend of contemporary elegance and traditional charm. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the kasbah. The rooms were a haven of comfort and luxury, with pristine sheets and impeccable attention to detail. However, our enthusiasm was slightly dampened by the state of the bathroom. While overall clean, the presence of an unexpected bucket in the shower raised some eyebrows and left us questioning the attention to detail in this area. Unfortunately, the culinary experience did not live up to the high standards set by the hotel's ambiance and location. The food, while edible, was mediocre at best. We found ourselves underwhelmed by the lackluster flavors and uninspired presentation. In summary, the hotel offers a visually stunning environment and an unbeatable location for exploring. However, improvements in the culinary offerings and closer attention to bathroom amenities would elevate the overall guest experience.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Staff are friendly. The lobby and the rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional colours and furniture. It had been raining heavily for 10 days, and hence there was some flooding in some of the rooms when we stayed there. Breakfast was typical Moroccan pastries. They also made fried eggs on request. I had a working AC and heater in the room and a water heater in the bathroom.

I'm a tour manager. I called to book a room for myself. The front deskman confirmed to me. He's named Karim. We agreed on the price. When I came in the evening I found no room for me. Karim said I was late 🤔🤔. The hotel was fully booked. And he blamed me😡😡. I was tired and didn't want to escalate the issue. I left. So don't trust them when they confirmed you by phone. If another client comes before you you will be pissed off.

Not all the rooms have hot water. None of the showers have curtains. No fruit for breakfast. Internet works fine in the dining area but not in the rooms. But the heaters work and the rooms are quiet. Be aware there is no elevator. And it is near downtown.

Situato in posizione davvero centrale nella splendida città blu. Lo staff è cordiale ed efficiente. Ottima colazione buffet con omelette, pane, marmellata e caffè e thè. La qualità del sonno è eccellente e tutti i servizi per un viaggiatore zaino in spalla sono garantiti.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, es bastante pintoresco como todo en la ciudad, la atención no es la mejor, los recepcionistas no son muy amables extraño ya que en marruecos todos son super amables pero si la atencion del hotel no fue la mejor, el desayuno es bastante malo, no hay opciones, solo cosas dulces, en mi caso no tuve problema pero si se que hubo quejas en otras habitaciones por el ruido de la calle, personas hablando y todo se escucha.

Llevo 50 años viajando y he dormido en todo tipo de hoteles y pensiones pero el hotel Madrid ha sido el peor en el que he estado. Mantenimiento cero, solo una toalla de baño, el baño pésimo (sin luz en el lavabo) y bichos en la cama. No lo recomiendo.

Buon hotel con camere sufficentemente spazio e e pulite. Lo consiglierei per la cortesia del personale che mi ha supportata sia per la prenotazione della cena sia per organizzare una piccola festa di compleanno proprio in hotel accompagnandomi anche in pasticceria.

Hotel molto pittoresco ma un po' scomodo. Il bagno era stranissimo, con dei mosaici e delle sculture particolari. La camera aveva anch'essa una forma singolare e un mobilio ingombrante per le dimensioni. Avevamo una stanza particolare poiché era la stanza d'angolo sopra l'entrata dell'hotel. Servizio di colazione discreto in una parte della hall. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbastanza consigliato.
