room smelled like weed.shower light didnt work and floor did not look clean. very seventies in the decor but thats usual in older hotels.breakfast was ok.we were there for hockey game so was close to keybank centre buffalo

It was close to where we needed to be. The room was small for a suite and the hvac was load. So, needless to say we did not get much sleep. Also, the bed was too firm for comfortable sleep.

I checked in and was given a room. The room had a strange smell I immediately noticed when I entered. There was an excessive amount of vents which I found odd then I heard entire conversations of other guests, aggressive conversations between a male and a female. A persistent stink from “Mary Jane” was coming into the room through said vents. At one point I dropped my phone and it slid to floor by back of bed and what did I see…a broken used drug paraphernalia, empty old 22 of beer and a lighter and part of a baggie which I’m

Everyone was so kind. Only issue was our room was so hot and the heat wouldn’t turn down lol but it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was delicious and staff is so friendly.

The a.c did not work, called front desk they said they would come and give it a look, they came and did not fix it. Called again they said maintenance would fix it. They did not. Seems like every vent was ripped out of the wall. Overall a quick in and out stay is alright just don't bring kids to this place.
