The text customer service is very good, but it is completely messed up when I call the customer service. First, I didn't read the chat record between me and the text customer service. Secondly, I repeatedly asked Ctrip to contact the agent or hotel and keep my original room type, so I can change the room on the second day (the hotel's suggestion is to live on the first day). On the second day, I said that because I was dark when I arrived at the store, I had to deal with it.) As a result, on the second day, not only the house was occupied by others, but also the telephone customer service on the Ctrip side did not coordinate with the agent at all. The agent did not contact the hotel at all. In short, to be honest, if the booking is not as good as Ctrip, I really don't want to toss any more.
