Very convenient. Good parking. Good cooked breakfast. Pleasant small town handy for Cambridge. Evening food good, reasonable choice and sensibly priced. Room was comfortable and warm. Facilities good. Very welcoming and good service.

Beautiful little guest house. Everything is very clean, staff are lovely and helpful and the food is great. Breakfast in particular was excellent the only thing that would improve it would be Stornoway Black Pudding 😊 Plenty shops nearby including a chemist and newsagent

My son and daughter in law stayed with you to be here for my 75th birthday, they were impressed with your hotel, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great, people were friendly and my son said if he lived here he would come to you all the time for his breakfast

Oh my gosh what an absolute GEM of a find, not only is this hotel lovely the hosts are too. The hotel is Lovely & clean, comfy beds, big fluffy cushions on the bed, large television, kettle & tea/coffee/sugar/milk & mugs not tea cups, en suite bathroom with lovely towels provided. We used the restaurant & the food was delicious, really friendly staff, nothing too much. The host Tom went above & beyond for us as we had a bad experience earlier in the day. I would 110% recommend this place.

Made to feel very welcome, room clean, bed comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Friendly hosts, great service. The staff are very friendly and helpful, also very polite. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. I would definitely stay here again

Friendly, attentive service, with reasonably sized, clean, pleasant rooms. The owner had noted our request for a quiet room and put us in one at the side, which was much appreciated. The hotel has its own small bar, including pleasant outside area, and a restaurant. Location wise Chatteris is a fairly small town but it has a few shops, a nice church, and attractive historic houses. There is reasonable pub not far and another (rowdier) one very close. There is convenient private car parking at the hotel. Breakfast was fairly good, including veggie option. We also enjoyed the evening meal, and I was offered several vegetarian options, additional to those on the main menu. On the less positive side, the hotel has had a fairly recent upgrade, but some of the elements were still basic, for example the fairly weak electric shower, and the bathroom door getting a bit stuck. The bed sagged a bit in the middle. Wifi was very variable on top floor. Main irritation was that the shower gel was either empty or the dispenser was faulty. But overall it was good value for money, if you like a characterful place to stay with good facilities.

A group of 9 of us were accommodated at short notice for lunch in the bar even though the restaurant was being refurbished. The service was attentive, the food generous and very tasty. It arrived quickly and altogether which was very pleasing. The menu choice was very good - something for everyone. The atmosphere was good and the decor of the room was lovely. Looking for a reason to return.

We stayed here at the start of November 2023 when we were attending a friends birthday drinks. OK so they are a small hotel that is expanding, but that did not stop a warm welcome to this expanding local hotel. The room we were on the top floor and had a well appointed comfy room with every thing that you could expect. Now for the true measure of a hotel the breakfast 10/10 cooked to order well done. The staff are friendly and happy to help
