The flat screen TV is perfect for family movie night. The dining area has a long table with 6 chairs with slider access to the back deck and private yard. The sliding doors would be perfect to keep open and let in the cool breezes on a not-so-hot day - however, the home does provide central A/C to keep you cool on hot, summer days. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and tall cabinets that go right up to the ceiling You'll find every appliance you need to make meals on those nights you don't explore the tasty cuisine that the Cape has to offer. Fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker - even a pantry. The mudroom has access to the back deck and this is where you'll find the washer and dryer for your convenience. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is right before the door to the 2-car garage.
