Price was very reasonable for the stay, hotel was clean and tidy, staff were very accommodating, only area of concern was food, an hour wait, presentation not great and not as hot as I would expect, for a one night stop over is fine for the price

Accommodation as expected for the price, breakfast good quality, although refill of items took some time. Hotel is under staffed and long waits for service at reception and bar, staff could also improve with some customer service training.

Overall it was ok and one of the staff, Lacey was very nice and helpful. But the rooms are tatty and outdated with paint peeling and bathrooms really in need of TLC.

Food is average, minimal staff, sometimes have to wait for staff to come to reception or bar most I waited was 15 mins. Rooms are kinda clean. Mold In bathroom around shower. Key cards always failing and you are constantly up and down to reception to sort it (if you can find anyone) Overall poor hotel compared to other Travel lodges I've stayed in. Never returning to this particular Travelodge.

Came here for a weekend holiday. Really good stay: Good points: - Good value, - great staff. Very friendly, professional and could not have been more helpful. - breakfast was good. - hotel was clean. - comfy beds - excellent location for all local attractions Down sides: - not really a downside but the room is serviceable but not amazing. Exactly what you would expect from a travel lodge. - There was a little bid of paintwork that needed doing in the bathroom and the bar furniture was a bit tired.

Room smelt awful, carpet was filthy, and a used cotton earbud on bedside shelf. Broken glass and cigarettes butts strewn around outside front door.. people arguing at 3am running down corridor and knocking on doors..

Disgusting having young girls at the age of 18 run a full hotel with no other staff when serious offences was being made !!!

This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience, exceeding all expectations. The comfortable accommodations and modern amenities made for a relaxing stay. The staff's attentiveness and friendly service were remarkable. From the delicious breakfast to the convenient location, every aspect was well thought out. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable trip.

I recently stayed here for three days on a business trip and couldn’t have asked for any more. The staff were super helpful from check in until we checked out. The rooms were spotless and well stocked with coffee and tea. Would recommend and no hesitation to stay again on any trips back down.
