They asked me to have Iike 5 different documents of proof, because a picture of the medical bracelet at 4am is not enough. Now I don't know how I'm going to prove to them that it was out of my hands, because it wasn't the doctor who stopped me. Wtv. Expensive lesson, I guess?
Also, it wasn't my fault that I couldn't select the "pay later" option, as they refused my card. The same card I used to pay right away.
They could have at least offered for me to rebook it, if they were going to keep my money. It's not like they're going to go broke.
Wtv. I read the policy, and I'm in the wrong, cause that's how it goes.
Just make sure not to have any issues that prevent you from showing up, cause these guys don't mess around
