Lobby smelled of old cigarettes and body odor with zero air circulation upon entry. There was only one desk attendant with a long line of guests, regardless if you had reservations or not. I was required to prepay an additional $50 deposit to check in to my room even though I'd already paid through *******. I'd taken the shuttle from the airport and it was already 10 pm or I'd refused and left. The room door was crooked, but was better than sleeping in the airport. I told the shuttle driver that I'd need a ride early the next morning to catch my flight, but the next morning, he gave me grief that I was not on his "list" even though I requested a ride when he picked me & another guest up at the airport. At 445am, the stale air in the hallway and lobby was worse, smelled of vomit. When I asked where the shuttle driver was, the front desk gentleman said, sorry it doesn't run until 530 even though the driver told me 5 am. Front desk told me to help myself to breakfast while I waited & the breakfast area was gross. Trash cans splattered with old mess and no coffee. The juice dispenser machine door was open and would not work even when I tried to close it. I went back to stand in the lobby to wait for the driver because sitting on the stained couches was not going to happen and I could catch some fresh air when the front doors slid open every now and then when someone would walk in. The driver appeared at 5:20 and drove with a heavy foot so I made my flight.. barely.
