Important….I don’t think decorator was a handicapped experience person. All beds are high. How a person on a wheelchair be transfer to a high bed???? Room was spacious and quiet. And Gloria at the buffet was a really nice person and very friendly.

We needed space quickly as our office building's A/C decided to quit the day before our meeting. Luckily, the hotel the meeting attendees were staying had meeting space. I called Nicole Bolt, Director of Sales in a panic, and then text her as I didn't have time to wait. Even though she was in a meeting at the time of my messages, she got back to me right away on text and was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the entire reserve / contract process. She set us up quickly with space for the next two days, Food and Beverage, projection, etc for the meeting. Kudos to Nicole and all onsite who were able to pull this meeting together in a small amount of time. I appreciate all the help, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a meeting in the area and will definitely be coming back in the future. Also convenient to some great places to eat in the area! THANK YOU again Nicole!

This place is a gem hidden in Ayrsley. Friendly staff and very clean, located right off of the highway and really close to Top Golf. There was a movie theater and a ton of restaurants around to try. There is a nice bar and the lobby is top notch. We chose to have a meeting at one of the stand up tables around the main area of the lobby. If you are in the area this place does not disappoint. I don't write a lot of these post unless it is truly deserved. See you again soon Hilton Garden Inn Ayrsley, it wont be long.

The hotel was clean and nice, but the lighting in the room was too low. The employees were helpful and friendly, especially Gloria in the restaurant, who gave me the best service I have ever had, bar none. Parking was very convenient, with plenty of spaces nearby.

What a wonderful, well located hotel to everything Ayrsley has to offer. with updated decor, indoor pool and the best service! Really enjoyed working with the hotel on a group block- the response time and friendliness speaks volumes to the quality of staff and attention to detail.

Nice hotel in a great location. i am guessing it’s approaching 8 -10 years old and is starting to show its age; it is very clean. the lobby coach’s have some stains (can’t be cleaned ) and the carpets need a refresh in the rooms. my door had some damage on it (looks like someone locked themselves out) and the my parents room had a damaged soap holder tile which is held together by blue tape. the lobby bar is modern and comfortable. the drinks are a little weak. my dad had a gin and tonic in a long glass with one shot of gin. he said you could hardly taste the gin. the person sitting next too us complained about the drink being weak. the area is fantastic. lots of choices in places to eat and a nice area to walk around. free easy parking in the garage next door. hopefully the owners are scheduling a soft renovation to keep the hotel fresh and get better bar tenders. last year my parents said the bartender was fabulous.

This has been a bad experience. I'm sitting outside the hotel now 5:50pm because there is a fire alert evacuation right when i was in the shower. I haven't received any rest. On top of that, the Traveluro.com website advertised a standard room with no other details and after I checked in I seen its a handicap room and traveluro.com or Hilton Garden hotel would not correct the issue. When checking in, I was surprised with a $50 incident fee. Plus breakfast you had to pay for. Im still sitting outside being attacked by bugs. smh

I was almost shot 5 feet from their front door and when the next morning came because it happened at 3:30 in the morning I came downstairs to say I didn’t feel safe sleeping FOUR rooms down from the guy that almost killed me and asked if they could relocate me to the hotel across the street (embassy) but they wouldn’t do that. And while I was crying at the front desk telling them about how I have to cut my vacation short the same guys walked RIGHT by us and I said that is them right there and they just let them walk right out the door and get into a car and because they left they and didn’t get their room number nothing they could do so I had to leave and come home while they got to stay and enjoy their weekend. I went to some sketchy places downtown and didn’t feel as unsafe as I did at the hotel.

Not happy at all overall my experience with this hotel was average at best. The name carry a lot of weight . Next time have your staff more knowledgeable about where they work. Also y’all need new mattress in the rooms
