A photo id will be required to receive access to the home. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the property. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Non-refundable pet fee of $149 applies. Only up to 2 pets allowed (no cats). All pets must be disclosed Guests must clean up after pets, both indoors and in the backyard. Pets should not be on furniture or beds. Smoking: Smoking is allowed only outside in the backyard or on the deck. No smoking inside the home. . Parking: Parking is available for up to 5 cars in the driveway and on the street. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests, we do not permit parties, events, or large gatherings in the property. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Exterior Amenities: No glass is to be used around the hot tub and pool. The outside fire pit is not to be left unattended, and the hot tub must remain covered when not in use. No bubbles or glass are allowed in or around the hot tub. Additional fees will apply for misuse. Proper swim attire is required at all times. Toys are not to be left in the pool at anytime. Damages: Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence. Trash & Cleanup: Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the provided outdoor receptacles. Check Out: Take out all trash. Start the dishwasher. Turn off all lights and lock doors when leaving. There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the home.
