Como se intitulam como um resort de luxo na verdade está bem longe disso. Quarto cheirando mofo com várias necessidades de manutenção. Comida bem mais ou menos e como estava bem cheio era um tumulto os momentos das refeições. Não volto.

Ficamos nos bangalôs ( ala A ) mas acho que ficar nos apartamentos próximo à recepção seria mais confortável e próximo das piscinas e restaurantes. Alguns restaurantes precisam de reservas para jantar, senti falta de mais atividades aquáticas. Restaurantes no formato de self Service disponíveis.

Excelente estrutura. Funcionários prestativos. Comida muito boa também. O lugar tem vista para o Lago do Manso. Recomendo para quem gosta de natureza sem abrir mão de conforto. E fica nosso agradecimento à gerente Simone Kubo, que tornou nossa estadia especial.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, a piscina uma delícia, os bangalôs super espaçosos. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento. O pessoal precisa de mais treinamento para atender com gentileza e atenção. A comida é bem razoável, bem melhor que muitos all inclusive em que já estive.

Resort maravilhoso, de uma estrutura muito bagana, comida boa com bastante variedade, piscinas agradáveis (coisa que minha namorada ama) e tivemos uma grata surpresa quanto atividade da Hidroginástica, vimos poucas pessoas fazerem uma hidro de verdade como a do Tio Gaspar, sabe conduzir e colocar elementos que tornam atividade divertida e prazeroso.
