Very pleasant hotel. My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Campanile hotel. In the lobby there is very delicious sour plum tea. The laundry room is also very good, there are several washing machines and dryers available. The service from the hotel staff is also very friendly.

Location is a bit far out from walking. Attraction area. Check in & check out was fast. Was up grade to better room which is more spacious and clean. Which they using technology for lighting, curtain, toilet, TV. Cleanliness room ,as only the aircon take few hour to let the room cool down which a bit down part for me. Overall is recommended hotel to stay.

The name can be a bit misleading as it is not that close to the old town - Plan around a 20-30 min walk to reach it. There’s also not much food choice around, mostly construction stores. Hotel is clean, service is nice, breakfast is okay.

My room was a nice size with huge windows. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the old city from there. If your phone is in English, when you connect to the wifi it tells you to input your room number and name, but this won't work. Change the login in screen to the Chinese option and it will ask for your phone number, then send you a verification code. That is how you log in.

一家三口來潮州遊玩，下次來，還會住這裏，前台小妹妹很好很好，早餐性價比很高，好吃好吃，很滿意 酒店環境很好！交通比較方便！離古城牌坊很近！前台妙慧服務熱情，態度很好！以後有到潮州遊玩或是辦事的可以親自體驗下！真心非常不錯！

酒店距離古城大約2.2公里，打車10元左右，房間乾淨整潔，面積挺大，前台謝冰小姐姐服務耐心細緻，還送了伴手禮，衞生間馬桶圈還是智能加温的，送東西的小機器人好可愛。

服務人員真的很好很貼心…都特別有禮貌..馬桶電子感應的（真心覺得太浪費錢建設了，不如做幾個無煙房間了）..投影超級大..洗澡水也特別好..因為第二天要去考試跟前台小姐姐要一個吸煙少的房間..小姐姐説給我做除煙處理…主要是枕頭上煙味大…窗户朝酒店內開，稍微小點..酒店設定很高級但是提點意見就是希望毛巾能不能改一次性的..還有就是能不能留幾個房間是不吸煙的…早餐很好吃..特別是那個麪..肉和丸子蝦特別新鮮..還有免費夜宵也不錯..服務人員真的都非常和善..

從朝州站打车到酒店用了60元， 酒店大堂新款， 有飲品、小食招待客人。 房間很大、 清潔衞生， 洗手間乾濕分隔， 使用起來很方便。 下次值得再住。

酒店大概10分鐘車程到廣濟橋，衞生環境不錯，晚上環境也安靜。不過附近沒有太多食肆，需要打車去找吃的，潮汕真是一個適合旅遊的地方，下次有機會都會再去，或者去一下附近的汕頭～
