Ulasan Howard Johnson Hot Springs Hotel Chaozhou

Hotel could not find my booking (booked by trip.com). It took more then 45 minutes for me to get room. Room big but not clean. cockroaches are in bathroom and inside room.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

Good hotel, the surroundings are really beautiful

The hot springs spa (sold separately from the hotel) are a nice day/evening for relaxing and if you're going to the neighboring mountain for a bit of hiking then it might be worth it. But, the rooms (although clean) are a little minimal. The breakfast was a complete joke, served cold in a smokey, noisy environment. I couldn't believe it. 酒店設施比較老，這個倒也罷了，但是服務就不好説了，房間裏就衹有一雙涼拖，還從來沒見過不放一次性拖鞋的酒店，更可氣的是洗澡到一半發現居然沒有沐浴露，拖鞋沒有還能跟前台要，沐浴露沒有難道還要洗一半停下來去打電話嗎？真無語！

环境：环境不错入住舒适下次会再来的，而且地理位置非常方便靠近地铁站出口附近也有不同的餐厅和商场可以适合出差及旅游入住，有魚療

設施：非常好 衞生：很乾凈整潔 環境：也非常好。 非常美麗。 也很壯觀。還有温泉泡。 温泉水也不會冷。 温度極好。 服務：服務態度也非常好。 有禮貌

房間整體也算乾淨床也舒適，晚上很安靜晨間還聽到小鳥吱吱叫。 可惜溫泉區要晚上7：00才開放，還好訂的是帶泡池房間，可以先在房間內泡一下也算不錯。

浴巾拉絲，杯子明顯有瑕疵，温泉很多沒放水，大部分温度很低，自助早餐種類少，不好吃，網絡信號差，踩大雷。泡温泉時不時聽到人吐槽不行。 看得出在節約成本，但是保護客人的體驗是不是更重要，衹來一次，客人越來越少，惡性循環，這種節約有意義嗎。 作為潮汕老牌温泉酒店，我很遺憾。

冬天有温泉真不錯！ 服務好，房間舒服，温泉享受。雖然設施舊了些，也離古城遠了些， 但非常值得。適合放鬆和天氣冷的時候來。

這所謂溫泉渡假村實在嚇人！平日的下午4時到達,告訴我們户外的溫泉要晚上7時才開始溫！到了晚上,户外的“龍宮”,大概有一半沒有開溫泉水.至於使用温泉的遊人,甚有中國特色,有不停在温泉水中抽煙的,有拿着手機四處拍的,有拿數盒食物在池裡邊吃邊嚷的..... 酒店房裡的溫泉浸泡浴池,泉水一點暖也沒有,要在早上10時以後,通知前台,才可以找工作人員,從酒店的温泉蓄水池清空,再由一公里外的"泉水”運到房用. 房內的浸浴池,要自己再洗一洗那一層層的塵埃啊！ 若想經歷差得驚人温泉渡假,才好過來啊. 另外,温泉離市區牌坊街要1小時車程,附近也沒有甚麼吃的餐館,也沒有酒店轉車出入車站或市區. 最後,要多謝前台各位工作人員.以上提的,不是你們的錯啊.您們的工作態度好棒！#中伏
