Impeccable service and excellent amenities! The rooms are spotless and well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The complimentary laundry service, evening herbal tea, and sweet soup are wonderful touches that exceeded my expectations. Fantastic value for money, and the location is perfect. Close to all the main attractions.

The hotel is in a quieter area, a little far from the central tourist attractions if you have elderly with you but perfectly fine if you are comfortable walking 10-15mins at a stretch.
The room was clean and comfortable, with bigger than usual single beds. The hotel provides laundry service with a turnaround time of 3 hours which was very helpful.
Service was impeccable and prompt. I had questions and an issue requiring support before I checked in. The team responded very quickly and helped to check with the pharmacy nearby as well as with the hospital. I am very grateful for their help.
I have not issues recommending this hotel and would come back myself if visiting again.

The location and services are excellent. A big plus is the laundry service, where the staff handles your soiled clothing. Just be sure to avoid the lake-view rooms—the view is blocked by trees and it can be noisy. Request a room on the other side for a better stay. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended.

根據各平台推薦選定的，原本來之前還有點擔心有點老舊，入住後總體好評。
服務：服務人員都很好，溝通暢快，講話輕柔，反應很快。大廳有各種養生茶，很實用挺好喝。客房有免費洗衣服務，三四小時就能洗好，玩好回來疊得整整齊齊放在門把手上。
環境：很幽靜清雅的感覺，定時有琵琶演奏，更添了一份素雅。對門就是潮州西湖，早上散步很方便，之前看評論有説吵的，個人感覺可以接受。
交通：打車比較方便，離古城步行15分鐘左右可達，周邊吃飯也都很方便。

酒店環境優雅，周圍環境優美，是一個臨近潮州西湖公園的酒店，靠近景區交通算是比較便捷，走到廣濟橋看燈光秀也不遠，步行就可以到達，古城晚上夜景很美，周圍有很多出名的打卡點和小吃街可以拍照打卡，比如鎮海樓，廣濟樓，開元寺等等，訂這家酒店準沒錯！

潮州之行選擇這家酒店很滿意！位置得天獨厚，左手古城右手西湖，去哪都方便。清晨可以到對面公園散步，回來喝杯大堂的養生茶，舒暢~服務細節滿分，前台服務很到位，免費停車場，有工作人員幫忙，很滿意~

精挑細選了這家酒店，西湖對面，有免費停車場，進出方便。去古城可以租個小電驢，很是方便。房間舒適精緻，設施用品都很別緻。十分感謝幫升級了陽台房，抬頭有藍天，窗外有西湖，牆邊有綠色，很是驚艷。服務員還貼心的發了美食攻略，本地人的推薦，一定錯不了，一樣一樣去吃哈哈哈🤣
