My stay was excellent at this hotel. The reception staff helped me a lot in certain things like the laundry, et cetera, which was absolutely free of cost. I would also like to mention the name of few staff like joy , Kaka and nini. They help me a lot to make my stay excellent, thank you very much.

From the moment I arrived, her warmth and professionalism stood out. Kaka’s hospitality was superb she not only assisted with everything at the hotel but also became my personal guide to the city. She patiently explained how to use local apps, shared insider tips, and made navigating China so much easier. Her knowledge and kindness made me feel at home, and her enthusiasm was infectious. If you’re staying here, don’t hesitate to ask for Kaka she’s like having an entire guide to China in one amazing person. Thank you, Hilton, for having such a wonderful and dedicated team member. Nice hotel

Room is Cosy, comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. Staffs are very friendly.

Everything is nice! Hotel is new, just the restaurant is a little bit small, not enough capacity for peak hours, elevator is not enough during peak hours as well.
