民宿在潮州古城裡，離開元寺，牌坊街，廣濟樓都不遠，步行就可到達。四層樓房，房間不是特別大，設施先進，尤其是智能馬桶，投影，還有小龍管家，語音控制燈光等。缺點是沒有電梯，榻榻米較矮，這兩項對歲數大一點的人來説不太友好。

春節期間潮州住宿是真的貴啊，溢價太多了，這家民宿整體還算不錯的，老闆人也和很好，就是隔音可能會差一些，入住最好自備耳塞。

民宿位於潮州古城義安街，出行非常便利，四通八達，民宿位於巷子裏面鬧中取靜，裝修很新，用品都蠻有品質，很乾凈，讓人住的很安心，很滿意，唯一不足是個別住客素質有待提高，一大早在走廊上吵吵鬧鬧，把民宿當成自己家了，很沒公德心。

The environment is terrible and the boss is extremely unfriendly. There is no service provided, they are only interested in making money and selling products without caring whether customers need it or not, and even those who need it are ignored. It's a bit too much to say it's a black shop, but it's almost the same. A pleasant stay in a few steps

酒店地理位置很方便，樓下就是集市，但不會吵，離中心地帶也很近，民宿小姐姐小哥哥很熱心，會提前發推薦的景點，吃飯的地方還有交通攻略給我們，住的房間也很舒適，很滿意的一次體驗！
