Overall, we had a great experience with this hotel. Although the hotel is not in a prime location, it is just 12 minutes drive to the Ancient Town. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful landscape garden and a lovely Japanese koi pool. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff team was friendly, helpful and attentive. We also booked a car for an excursion trip with this hotel to Nan'ao Island. Xiao Chung, went above and beyond to make our our trip memorable. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and families.

Though this hotel is slightly out of the way, but the advantage is its tranquility. Special mentioned to the staff in the hotel, everyone is courteous and helpful.
There was a small incident during our which is of no fault of the hotel (Power outage of more than 12 hours due to some construction work in the vicinity outside the hotel damaging the power supply cable). However, hotel staff tried their best to make our stay as convenient as possible. Perhaps they could look into some emergency supply provision in order to alleviate from situation such as this in the future.

莊園式酒店，空間寬敞環境清幽，大堂前充足車位，背後有一個精心設計的江南園林式花園。有假山石有水流有亭子，很適合家庭度假。我們訂的親子房套間全智能家居，設施齊全，衞生狀況很好。房間內贈送各種飲料茶包。
特別要提的是酒店服務很私人優質！前台小榮迴應迅速及時，很有禮貌很耐心細緻幫我們講解老闆的私人博物館藏，各種木質家居工藝品和瓷板畫大開眼界。還有送我們去景點的洋先生也是舒服的專車，一路上幫忙介紹潮州城市的概況，還熱心推薦了好多美食選擇。
總而言之感覺作為酒店老闆的副業，這項產業不那麼注重營利性，所以各種投入運營會更慷慨，節奏更緩慢，服務更隨心真誠👍很推薦的一處鬧中取靜地！

酒店是2024年元旦開業，設施房間都很新，環境一流，是放鬆心情的好地方。缺點是遠遠市區，出去牌坊街或者其他地方是需要打車十分鐘左右，早餐比較簡單，包子牛奶清菜之類，還好有廚師會即煮粉麵，優點是有管家服務，會前一天打電話詢問一下到達時間，酒店會送一次到牌坊街的車程，泡浴是專人布置，不管是前台還是其他衛生打掃的阿姨，十分有禮有笑容，令人有賓至如歸的感覺。

適合自駕去，位置稍遠，但開車也沒什麼所謂，大院子進去，房間在一樓，拿東西什麼都很方便。裏面還有一方小天地，超大浴缸可以泡葯浴。感謝酒店前台接待小聰和小丹，到的比較晚，2人服務熱情，第二天還幫忙打了熱水。可以免費參觀老闆的私人博物館，作為個人收藏來説非常震撼。
