Hotel Family-friendly Chaozhou

Located in a mountain valley far away from the city, it is deserted and I dare not go out at night. It is too deserted and I feel like I am going to go bankrupt. It is called a hot spring hotel. I spent hundreds of dollars to stay but I couldn't take a hot spring bath (I need to buy a separate ticket). There are cockroaches crawling around in the room.

Hotel is clean and the staff are super helpful. The little play area kept the kids entertained for hours. There's a cute little library with a selection of books. Good selection of local food for breakfast.

Great hotel. The service is excellent. Provide free laundry every day. Free tea and dessert every day, very tasty. The receptionist 6 and 10 gave us the best services, help and support. We had a wonderful experience at 桔子酒店（潮州古城人民廣場店）. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Full of orange flavour in hotel such as hand wash, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, candies and snacks.

The front desk is warm and friendly, the room is clean and bright, the bed is clean and comfortable, the shower water is large and the drainage is unobstructed, the air conditioning is very powerful, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and what's more rare is that there is free supper every day. It is really a unique experience.

Hotel is 4mins drive away from the ChaoShan Station. We took the pre booked free shuttle to the station, the service is punctual and good. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants and mini mart, very convenient. The room is spacious and the bed is firm and comfortable, the air conditioner is accurate and cozy. The toilet and bathroom is of good standard, the towels are thick and comfortable. room is quiet. Included breakfast buffet is adequate and of good quality. Dinner we ate in a local mutton soup stall opposite, cost about RMB 50 per person, very reasonable Price of HKD370 during CNY is very reasonable too.

My family of six, including four elderly, had an enjoyable and fun stay at the Orange Hotel. The hotel was located near the bustling Paifang Street, and it is our second time staying here. The rooms were clean, the hotel provided complimentary mandarin oranges, and there was an intelligent assistant called Xiao Du in all rooms which could control lights, aircon, curtains and music on command. They were running a promotion and we had a value for money breakfast buffet at the hotel. Special thanks to the energetic receptionist at the front desk who was very proactive in attending to our needs, including calling a taxi for six as there wasn't such an option on the didi app. Highly recommended hotel in Chaozhou!

Chaozhou Hanting Villa Resort Hotel is a garden-style hotel located next to Guangji Tower and Guangji Bridge. It is extremely convenient to visit Paifang Street and Chaozhou Ancient City. You can walk to the riverside viewing point within five minutes to watch the Guangji Bridge light show at night, which can save most of the fatigue of the journey and allow you to enjoy a very pleasant Chaozhou tour. The hotel is run very seriously and attentively. Whether it is hotel design, garden, materials, or supplies, they are all first-class. I especially want to praise the store manager and service staff. The service is considerate and makes people feel like they are back home. You must come to Chaozhou once in your life, and you must stay at Hanting Villa at least once when you come to Chaozhou.

Let me start with the conclusion: I felt very happy and comfortable during my stay at this hotel. The hotel's rooms are spacious and bright, and the room furnishings are elegant and generous, which makes people feel warm. The bedding and toiletries are very good. The hotel's service is also very thoughtful. From reception to room cleaning, every staff member is friendly and enthusiastic, which makes me feel the warmth and beauty of the trip. I would like to especially thank the front desk beauty Xiaobing, who is positive and enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me solve small problems during my stay. Black clothes are easy to get lint. I asked the front desk if there was a lint remover. Another staff member said no. Xiaobing helped me find a wide tape in some way 😍 and personally delivered it to my room 🥰 The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to the city center and tourist business district, making it convenient for us to explore local cultural and historical attractions. The area around the hotel is very good to visit! Overall, this stay experience was great and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Next time I come here, I will choose this hotel again. I hope that Miss Xiaobing will always be enthusiastic and sunny.
