Caldera Creta Paradise

We had a fantastic time, all areas of the hotel were spotless at all times. All Inclusive was varied and tasty. Cocktails, Beer, Wine all perfecly acceptable. Sun beds were plentiful but did need to be down early to get directly next to the pool, but no problem at all if you are not bothered by that, we had beds most days near the pool bar which suited us! We were given a free upgrade to a private pool apartment for our last two days which was a fabulous plus and a perfect end to our stay, a special thanks to Dimitris. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, nothing was too much trouble, Dora, Nikos and Penny, thank you! The beach was a short walk away and lovely although it's not a white sandy beach which we prefer. We took a trip to Chania for the day, the harbour is just beautiful and well worth a visit and there are bars and restaurants a short cab ride away from the hotel if you want to get out and about for a bit, but you really dont need to as the hotel is so lovely. All in all a perfect, relaxing holiday and would totally recommend.

Amazing Stay at Caldera Creta Paradise! Our stay at Caldera Creta Paradise was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning sea view, which made our vacation even more memorable as a young family. Even for our two year son was a daily activity. Like minidisco, poolparty en playing music. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and great amenities. The all-inclusive package was excellent – there were so many delicious options at every meal, and the drinks were always flowing. The staff at the restaurants and bars were friendly and attentive. The location is perfect for relaxation, with a beautiful beach just steps away and a good pools to enjoy. We loved spending our days lounging by the water and taking in the breathtaking views of the sea. There were also plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout the day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Crete, Caldera Creta Paradise is the place to be! We highly recommend it and would love to return one day. Thank you to the entire team (especially Dimitri’s, Acice and Nikos) for making our stay so special!

We recently stayed at the TUI Blue Creta Paradise in Chania, Crete, as a family of three, including a 22-month-old toddler. While we made the most of our holiday, the hotel fell short of our expectations in several key areas. On arrival, we were pleased to be upgraded to a sea-view room, which was a nice touch. However, we quickly realised the location of our room – directly above the bar – wasn’t ideal. Loud music played until 1am, and the constant scraping of chairs made it difficult for our toddler and light-sleeping husband to rest. While reception staff did respond to our complaint by turning the music off at 1am on the dot, it wasn’t a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself had potential but could have been cleaner. As parents travelling with a young child, we were willing to overlook a bit of grime, but it was still noticeable. The food and drink were also disappointing. Meals were frequently lukewarm, overcooked, and lacked variety, with drinks only available in the main dining area – an inconvenience when entertainment was held away from the food and drink facilities. Dirty glassware was a regular issue, which left a poor impression. While the general dining options were subpar, the children’s mini disco was a standout. Our daughter absolutely loved it, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. Additionally, the maid service was excellent – plenty of fresh towels and toilet rolls without any issues. Unfortunately, the hotel’s location was quite remote, and there wasn’t much to do nearby. We did walk into Platanias, which had a lovely atmosphere and provided a nice change of scenery. A bar called Sonio was a particular highlight, offering great service and complimentary dessert. Overall, while the TUI Blue Creta Paradise had some positive aspects, the lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and noise disturbances made it a less-than-ideal stay. We were left feeling that the hotel was cutting corners in certain areas, which impacted the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families seeking a restful or high-quality all-inclusive experience.

Deuxième séjour au creta paradise cette année et nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix d’y revenir ,de ce fait une agréable petite attention à été déposée dans notre chambre le lendemain, une reconnaissance que nous avons bien apprécié ;nous adorons cet endroit par sa situation assez calme et éloigné de la ville ,l’espace bien aménagé de l’hôtel , une chambre spacieuse et bien située ,tranquille ;les cocktails et les buffets sont bien présentés ,variés et bons ,par deux fois nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances et cela grâce aussi au personnel assez nombreux et qui travaille dur tous les jours ,(bravo à eux ils ont beaucoup de mérite ),nous espérons bien pouvoir y revenir bientôt.

Super aardig personeel, ontzettend schoon, heel gevarieerd eten bij ontbijt, lunch en diner. Diverse thema's qua eten gedurende de week. Ik heb een massage geboekt bij het hotel, Gou voerde hem uit, een total body, zelden zo'n goede massage gehad. Kortom een top hotel!!!!

Somptueux hôtel ! Belles allées et chemins propres bordés d'arbres et de fleurs. Belle plage spacieuse. Nourriture délicieuse et variée avec une attention portée sur les allergènes. Chambre confortable. Animations multiples dans la journée et de pratiques d'activités au sein de l'hôtel. Personnel très chaleureux et professionnel. Lieu fantastique pour passer des vacances reposantes.

Das Hotel ist fast ausschließlich englisch Sprachig und auch von Engländern besucht. Was aber den Vorteil hat, daß keine Liegen einfach ohne zu nutzen reserviert werden!!! Das Essen ist gut, das Frühstück ist sowohl Kontinental als auch stark britisch ausgerichtet, täglich wechselndes Angebot beim Abendenbufett. Essen ist reichlich und wird ständig nachgelegt. Die Speisezeiten sind ausreichend lang und wenn man sich mal mit anderen Reisenden "verquatscht" wird man nicht rausgeschmissen. Im Bereich der Rezeption ist eine sehr engagierte Mitarbeiterin ( mit Namen Penny) die auch etwas deutsch spricht. Sie ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit was uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Rundum sind wir mit dem Hotel sehr gut zufrieden. Die Betten sind sehr in Ordnung und nicht!!! durchgelegen. Die Englischen Gäste haben sich nicht den "berüchtigten" Sauforgien hingegeben, was sie als sehr angenehme mitreisende auszeichnete! Strandhandtücher sind beim All-in mit drin, die können dann auch alle drei Tage gegen ein sauberes gewechselt werden. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: ohne englische Sprachkenntnisse ist man hier aufgeschmissen! Selbst die Mitarbeiter der TUI sprachen kein Deutsch!!! Unser besonderer Dank gilt Penny, sie hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert und angenehm gestaltet!

Perfektes Urlaubshotel für absolute Entspannung. Die Lage am Strand ist gut, das All-inclusive Konzept und Essen hervorragend und abwechslungsreich, sehr sauber mit freundlichem Personal. Toller Kids Club mit engagierten Hosts. Aber das absolut Beste ist die swim-up Option: aus dem Zimmer direkt in den Pool, den sich jeweils mehrere Zimmer oder Bungalows teilen. So etwas hatten wir noch nie und es war einfach nur großartig und jeden Euro wert!

Un magnifique hôtel tout inclus , face a la mer , service au top et le personnel est à l’écoute de la moindre demande, on a adoré chaque instant ! Un clin d’œil à DIMETRI, Dora et Penny , merci pour votre professionnalisme, très bonne prise en charge de notre famille… on reviendra certainement 🥰
